Stunning panoramic water views, sunrise and sunset. Steps away from ocean water. Bring or rent fishing and snorkel gear nearby to fish right off the dock and enjoy the underwater scenery! The Space: Open airy concept from living room to kitchen. Sofa bed, smart TV, and relaxing heated massage recliner chair! Master bedroom has a king size bed and smart TV. Second bedroom has a separate entrance with full over full size bunk bed and board games for entertainment! Tile throughout. Awesome fishing quarters for family and friends. Pet friendly! Use the shared ramp onsite or at 751 State Road 4A, Little Torch Key to launch your boat then tie it or explore the area for some fun in the sun! Location: Cozy Cottage is located mile marker 28.5 on the Gulf side. Only a 10 - 15 minute boat ride to open waters towards Gulf or Atlantic.
