Meilleurs Hôtels de Montecatini Terme, Italie

Le personnel était adorable et parlait très bien français. La chambre était très propre et calme. Les lits étaient confortables. Le checkin et check out ont été très rapides. Le seul truc manquant étant les cottons tiges dans la salle de bain... mais vraiment c'est la seule chose à redire.

Hôtel très bien localisé dans un très beau quartier de Montecatini. Les hôtesses à l’accueil sont de bons conseils. Nous avions une chambre supérieure pour 3 personnes: suffisamment grande et spacieuse. Hôtel très bien entretenu dans les parties communes comme dans les chambres. Rien à dire! Possibilité de laisser votre voiture dans les rues avoisinantes pour 4 euros par jour, ce qui est très bien car vous êtes dans une zone soumise à restriction de circulation. Le petit déjeuner est correct et assez copieux même si vous arrivez après 9h30! Beaucoup de monde dans la piscine, donc nous n’avons pas testé. Seul bémol à ce séjour: le restaurant de l’hôtel. Pour un 4 étoiles, c’est un peu juste: nous n’avons pas mangé en même temps, car le 1er a été servi alors que les deux autres non: tagliata de bœuf, un carpaccio de saumon et un risotto! Pas d’accompagnement (ou alors en sus), de la focaccia servie en attendant mais seche et ps goûteuse, une panacotta très médiocre avec de la confiture de fraise dessus… bref très décevant Dommage pour ce point.

Excellents petits déjeuners copieux avec viennoiserie, charcuterie, omelette, jus de fruit, fruit pouvant être pris sur la terrasse de l'hôtel. Les 4 diners pris à l'hôtel très bons avec plusieurs choix dans les plats et menus différents chaque soir. Le menu était traduit en français et posé chaque sur soir notre table. La chambre avec terrasse était spacieuse, bien agencée, très propre avec un lit de 180. La douche spacieuse, les prises électriques utilisables par nos appareils sans avoir recours à un adaptateur. L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour visiter, Sienne, Lucques, Pise, Florence. Le personnel très attentionné, faisant des efforts pour parler en français en bref service et accueil impeccable. The swimming pool smelled salty like too much urine from the many children playing in the water. The room was in an adjoining section across the street on the second floor or first floor above the street, as such being handicapped or elderly the isolation can be an issue in an emergency. The balcony over the street life was enjoyable, with nice ambiance without being loud, if you close the balcony doors there is no sound. What really ruined our stay were the male waiters. One cut in between us without excusing himself while we were in line for dinner, another rudely belittled my Mother who although on the pre paid meal plan wanted better treatment paying for the full menu if we could be seated by a window and order seafood which was not on the preplanned all you can eat heaping dishes for tourists. The hotel restaurant has a two tier service, one prepaid with lots of filler like pasta, and another for paying customers with specialized dishes. Being dissapointed the next day we had three courses with seafood at a nearby restaurant, La Cascina, for just about 100 Euros.

This is a lovely hotel and we would highly recommend it. It is in a great location with plentiful restaurants and bars in the area if you wished to explore. We are a family of four with two adult sons and we booked two Deluxe Premium rooms which were really spacious and clean. One room had a balcony and overlooked the swimming pool and surrounding area - postcard setting with a fantastic view. We were part of a large group from Ireland with Topflight who were on the Andrea Bocelli Experience and this hotel ticked all of the boxes for us. We had a lovely drinks reception and 'welcoming meal' on our first evening and a farewell dinner' on the last - all of which was delicious and the service was great. We also 'ate in' one evening and enjoyed the meal. The communal areas in this hotel are really comfortable and you would find it easy to find a quiet, comfortable spot to read a book and relax. There is also a nicely furnished outdoor terrace at the front of the hotel which was ideal for chilling out and socialising. Even though we were part of a large group we felt valued as customers and, by the end of the week, it felt like the staff were part of the group! This was particularly evident on our last night as they volunteered to take group photos and they entered into the fun of the occasion. They took great pride in their work and they were visibly excited when this was acknowledged. Many thanks to Giuseppe who multi-tasked with the groups, to Roberto who single-handedly manned the bar with super efficiency, to Marta, Sara and Rosa who served breakfast and dinner with a smile and had great patience with a diverse group, to all reception staff who were professional and friendly (Fabio was charming) and to the housekeeping staff who ensured that our rooms were spotlessly clean. Worth mentioning that we organised a private tour to Florence for our family. We liaised with Alessia at reception by email prior to the trip and we found her most helpful and obliging when we enquired if the hotel could organise a private return transfer. We were delighted when she confirmed that it was possible and the driver that they employ (another Roberto) was professional, friendly, punctual and safe. We can highly recommend him. We wouldn't hesitate to make a future reservation with this hotel. Moore family

Nous avons passé 3 nuits fin mai au LHP Hotel MOntecatini Palace et Spa dans le cadre d'un voyage avec un groupe d'amis. Cet hôtel n'était donc pas mon choix personnel.. Il m'a laissé un sentiment de malaise. Il s'agit d'un établissement récemment totalement rénové.. il se veut luxueux, mais pour ma part, je trouve que tout fait ”toc”. Les chambres sont particulièrement décorées à minima... idem pour les salles de bains où les espaces de rangement sont plus qu'absents... (pas de lait pour le corps ni conditionneur cheveux à disposition..étonnant pour un 5 étoiles.. ) Le spa est plutôt bien équipé mais en raison de la chaleur je n'y suis allée que pour 2 massages qui étaient plutôt bien. L'espace piscine au dernier étage est assez agréable, si on trouve de la place à l'ombre (il y en a fort peu). la piscine est très petite et très peu profonde.. mais elle permet de se rafraîchir.. en revanche, il est compliqué de se faire servir des boissons à cet étage.. il faut espérer qu'un serveur s'aventure jusque là.. et ce n'est pas souvent. en ce qui concerne la demi-pension du soir que nous avons expérimentée 3 soirs... la qualité des plats est très variable d'un jour à l'autre.. nous étions une trentaine.. joker.. 2 points noirs pour moi : le prix prohibitif des cocktails et digestifs.. (12 euros le Spritz sans même une chips... ) le manque d'amabilité et la mauvaise qualité du service de la réception... nous avons été induits en erreur par 2 fois pour les horaires des 2 attractions majeures de Montecatini... (le funiculaire et les Termes Tettuccio) Je suis certaine qu'on doit pouvoir trouver mieux à Montecatini.. d'autant que l'hôtel est un peu éloigné du ”centre ville”

Accueil chaleureux ,cadre superbe. Literie tres confortable Proprete irréprochable. Tous les repas etaient délicieux. un petit dejeuner tres varie pour tous les gouts : croissants gateaux ,fruits frais, miel ,charcuterie etc.produits frais et excellents. L emplacement au top pres des boutiques, restaurants et monuments. Je recommande fortement vous ne serez pas decus

Nous avons reçu un bon accueil de la part du propriétaire Carlo et de son équipe dont nous avons apprécié la gentillesse et la disponibilité. Les chambres et les salles de bain étaient très propres et spacieuses, la literie confortable, le petit déjeuner varié et servi par la très souriante Barbara. L’hôtel est bien situé, à proximité de restaurants et commerces. C’est notre 3ème séjour à l’hôtel smarthotel bartolini que nous recommandons. Vanina et famille
