Subpar hotel. Stayed here on a Collette Tour. Would never stay here on my own. Breakfast was absolutely horrible. Eggs were cold. Scrambled, soft boiled, all were served cold. Awful. Asked for vodka and all they had was mint vodka or melon vodka!!!

If you want to SLEEP in this hotel, be prepared that at least until midnight you will not be able to do that. Almost everyday there is a party with a very loud music that starts around 21.30 and can last until 1 am. When we asked at the reception if this is normal, Sig. Gianni told us that if we don't like it we should not come anymore or we should book the whole hotel just for ourselves to have the exclusivity. Not even "sorry for that", just an arrogant way of treating the geusts. Very disappointed with this approach and the fact that we couldn't get any good sleep. I know the hotel will reply that they didn't find a reservation with my name (it was done by a friend), I made an account only to warn other people of how bad their stay can be with the very loud music through the night.

This was a stopover hotel as we were travelling through Italy. The check-in was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and efficient. There was a nice public area on the floor we were on with chairs and a sitting or conversation area. We didn't use the internet or dine in the restaurant. The menu looked appealing and decent prices. I would stay again.

Hotel in posizione centrale, camere spaziose, personale cortese. Note negative: al nostro arrivo ci è stato detto di chiamare per avere la camera ad un certo orario ma alla fine ci è stata consegnata la camera un'ora dopo rispetto all'orario stabilito. La doccia era rotta e anche dopo nostra segnalazione nessuno ha provveduto a sistemarla. La pulizia della camera avveniva tardi nel pomeriggio (15.30/16.00) e spesso ci è capitato di dover aspettare che le signore finissero di pulire prima di rientrare in camera.

Struttura carina, letti comodi Ha bisogno di manutenzione perché quando siamo arrivati non andava l'ascensore.... il nostro TV... Buona colazione

Abbiamo soggiornato all hotel Imperiale chi conosce come me la catena Best Western lo standard e uguale in qualunque posto ma qui quello in più che fa la differenza sono le persone che ci lavorano dalla reception alla sala ristorante al servizio navetta ne cito alcuni solo perché ho avuto la possibilità di dialogare un po' di più durante il mio soggiorno la Sig.ra Battista il responsabile di sala Francesco tutti eccellenti bravi una bella squadra andate avanti così. Terrificante!! Camere sotto le aspettative, non da 4 stelle ma da 2 stelle!! Personale poco attento e svogliato. Cibo scarso e di pessima qualità. La foto della facciata prende solamente la parte "bella", le due facciate laterali sono a pezzi. Per gli amanti dell'horror
