Avis : Grand Decameron Montego Beach, A Trademark All Inclusive

J'ai été très déçu. La chambre ne ressemblait en rien à ce que j'avais réservé en ligne. Ils m'ont dit que c'était parce que Trip.com utilisait des photos différentes, mais lorsque je suis allé sur leur site, c'étaient les mêmes photos. Ce n'était pas très accueillant. Mes toilettes ont fonctionné tout le temps que j'étais là. Il m'a fallu 2 jours pour obtenir des serviettes et quand ils les ont apportées et m'ont donné 1 service de chambre pour un séjour de 3 jours, je n'ai même pas eu de chiffon propre. Certains des employés n'étaient pas très agréables comme si mon séjour n'avait pas été payé à l'avance. Je ne reviendrais jamais ici à moins qu'ils n'aient une nouvelle direction et des améliorations. Bonne chance ! J'ai apprécié la plupart de mon séjour à l'extérieur en regardant l'océan. C'est tellement triste ce que les gens doivent endurer pour leur argent durement gagné.

Great location and great view from room. The rooms have a lot to be desired. They are old and somewhat dirty. Although that may add to the charm for some people. Great view from the room , decent buffet okay Snack bar, staff was in the restaurant a friendly although I found at times the reception staff were slow and not the most pleasant. It was disappointing when I needed to change for my taxi but they didn’t have any to give me and I had to overpay my taxi driver from the airport. In addition to that this hotel charges more $20 to get to the airport then the normal taxi services do. I’m not gonna say that it’s a horrible stay but unfortunately my expectations were not met by a long shot . Good value for the price though I guess

Really poor service from start I had to wait hours to check in and the room had a damp smell and thd bathroom would flood when using the shower due to ongoing block drains

Friendly staff, excellent service , and fantastc sea view witch many activities nearby.Lots of photo opportunities. Inclusive drinks and food were ok, but would like more authentic Jamaican cuisine options.
