A short walk from the town center, where you will find shops with typical Tuscan products, meats, cheeses, olive oil and wine, a super butcher rotisserie, where you can get the true Florentine Steak, and the best meats in our area. In addition there are pizzerias, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, all surrounded by stunning Tuscan countryside. WI-FI FREE
The apartment is located about 1 hour from Pisa 1.5 hours from Florence. Ideal for exploring Tuscany is the hinterland such as Volterra, without giving up the sea.
Great for hiking, mountain biking, or walking in the woods. semaine dans la montagne toscane
bon accueil par la maman d'Andrea et bonne communication malgré la barrière de la langue. Logement ancien, mais bien équipé (lave vaisselle et machine a laver) village plein de vie et d'activité, un peu éloigné de la mer et des grandes villes, compté 45 minutes. il a fait très chaud lors de notre semaine heureusement qu'il y avait 2 ventilateurs. bonne continuation a vous

A really nice location
It was a perfect stay! The flat is really nice and provided everything we needed. Whenever we had a question, Andrea provided us with an answer within a few minutes. He arranged a reservation in a restaurant or sent us a link to buy high quality olive oil. And his Mom was amazing. Although she spoke only Italian and we did not understand or speak an Italian, she was giving us such a warm feeling. Thank you for making our holidays a stay with friends!

Genuine experience of Tuscany
We were made very welcome. Felt like a genuine experience of Tuscany. Wonderful village setting. Thank you Giuliana and Andrea. It was my wife's first visit to Italy for a special birthday and it certainly was special.

Großartig für Familien
Kurze Zusammenfassung einer Familie mit 3 Kindern (1, 4 und 7).- neuwertige und voll funktionstüchtige Spülmaschine sowie Waschmaschine- super Atmosphäre- Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet- zum Meer sind es ca. 30 minWir waren knapp zwei Wochen in der Ferienwohnung und können diese zu 100% empfehlen.Preis/Leistung ist sehr gut.

Super
Wir waren ja vor 2 Jahren schon einmal zu Gast. Auch jetzt war es wieder toll, auch wenn das Wetter nicht optimal war. Wir haben wieder tolle Ausflüge gemacht, sind sogar bis Rom (250 km) per Tagesausflug gekommen.
Jederzeit gern wieder.

Nette urtümliche Ferienwohnung
Schöne große Wohnung mit etwas altertümlicher Möblierung, Sauberkeit könnte etwas besser sein. Sehr nette Vermieterin, gute Lokale in der Nähe. Strand ist sehr weit weg. Begrenzte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sehr gut geeignet für ambitionierte Radfahrer und Wanderer.

Sehr weiträumige und nett gelegene Unterkunft
Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Urlaubswochen in Monteverdi Marittimo, wobei die Wohnung bei Hitze einen komfortablen Rückzugsort darstellte. Die Gastmutter Guiliana ist ein sehr herzlicher Mensch, der wie ihr Sohn stets für uns ansprechbar war. Ihr Sohn Andrea koordiniert in englischer Sprache und stand uns mit vielen Tipps und Links zum Erkunden der Umgebung zur Seite.
Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, sogar eine Waschmaschine und Lüfter stehen zur Verfügung. Der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein, wenn es nicht ganz so heiß ist. Sonnenschirme und Gartenmöbel stehen bereit. Auch der Ort Monteverdi ist sehr nett. Es gibt zwei urige Einkaufsläden mit Lebensmitteln für den täglichen Gebrauch sowie drei Lokale mit typisch toskanischer Karte. Das Meer ist nicht weit (ca. 30 min entfernt), empfehlen können wir den Hundestrand bei Donoratico, wo kaum Hunde zu sehen sind, sowie die Bucht Baratti. Aber auch vom Haus aus kann man Spaziergänge mit tollen Aussichten machen. Städte wie z.B..Florenz, Pisa und Siena sind gut mit dem Auto erreichbar.
Alles in allem ein sehr viel vielseitiger Urlaub an einem ruhigen toskanischen Ort bei herzlichen Menschen!

1 woche urlaub mit 2 Kindern
Der Aufenthalt war toll, die Vermieter sehr nett und die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Man braucht nichts mitzunehmen. Auch spülmittel und taps sind da. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kamen bestens erholt nach Hause. Jederzeit gerne wieder! Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Danke für die schöne Zeit
Wir haben uns in der schönen großen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und Frühstück auf der Terrasse genossen. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen hübschen Dorf in traumhafter Toskana-Umgebung. Beim Yoga im Garten zwischen Oliven- und Feigenbäumen war ich glücklich. Unsere Gastgeberin hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Vielen lieben Dank für die wundervollen Tage in liebevoller Umgebung.
