Includes ALL-IN-ONE Washer & Dryer and a handy POP-UP Power Tower in the Kitchen for your charging needs. Marina Vista has bulkhead access to the lake and temporary tie-ups, right next to the Walden Marina. The Walden Yacht Club and Breakwater Grill, Walden pool, playground, dog park, fitness & tennis center and trailheads are within a few blocks from this unit. Lake Views! Near the pool and only 3.6 miles from Margaritaville the 2023 Stella Award Winner!
