Firstly the good points. 1. Location - overlooking the lake 2. Parking - on-site parking Not so good points 1. Shower - there was no way to hang the shower head on the wall and nowhere to put soap etc which made showering very difficult. The shower head problem was reported to the owner but he was not interested and I see from previous reviews that this had been mentioned over the past 2/3 YEARS. 2. Exposed cables on the bathroom light fitting which was also not IP rated. 3. Breakfast was extremely basic with bread, croissant, (both very fresh) jam and butter with coffee or tea. Oh, and yoghurt. I do know what a French breakfast is like as I lived in France for 17 years and this was probably the most meagre I have experienced. The place is extremely tired and needs some investment although there were some new pvc windows fitted. I would not stay here again but would spend a little more and find a better place.
