location is ok.breakfast was good.totally failed to provide amenities.bathroom fully water logged, badsheet not clined,no fridge.provided dental kit,hair dryer, slippers only when you ask.electric katley not working.balcony was not upto standard.chair not properly cleaned.bathroom was not hygienic.coakroach was moving there.

Rooms were good enough...clean and maintained....we got the best package with breakfast included ...breakfast was also yummy and hiyeginic...people making goa plans with a budget friendly hotel do visit Koko maya by stone wood.. special mention to reception staff Andren for a smooth checkin and coorparating us..

One of the best property in goa for stay. Calm and spacious rooms. Good swimming pool and best breakfast that i have done.

This was our 3rd (or may be 4th) visit here and honestly, its as good as our home. Great food by her Rajesh Ji and team, Great Service by Felix Ji and team and as usual great management by Ganesh, Shankar and team. Looking forward to one more visit soon this year. Thank you team. Stay happy.

*hotel review* *dates of stay* 19th to 22nd january *pros* 1. *room size* the room was spacious and comfortable, providing ample space for relaxation. 2. *ambiance* the hotel's ambiance was good, creating a pleasant atmosphere for guests. 3. *location* the hotel is located just 2 km from the beach, making it an ideal choice for those who want to be close to the shore. 4. *breakfast options* the breakfast spread was sufficient, and the quality of the food was okay. 5. *pool* the pool area was nice and well-maintained, perfect for a relaxing swim. *cons* 1. *room service* the room service was not up to the mark, with the room being cleaned only once during our 3-day stay, and that too after repeated requests (10 times. 2. *lack of amenities* the dental kit was not provided, and the shower kit was provided only once, upon request. 3. *bar fridge and ac issues* the bar fridge in the room was not working, and the ac was not functioning properly, making our stay uncomfortable. 4. *charging port issue* the charging port in the room was also not working, which was a significant inconvenience. 5. *no cooking allowed* the hotel did not allow parents to cook for their small kids, even though we had all the necessary preparations, and were willing to pay the charges. *overall experience* unfortunately, our stay at the hotel was not satisfactory due to the poor service and lack of amenities. Despite the comfortable room size and good ambiance, the numerous issues we faced overshadowed our experience.
