As a Lifetime Silver Elite member, I have had the opportunity to stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott at Bishop Gate in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, four times over the past two years, with each visit lasting over three weeks. Unfortunately, I must express my disappointment regarding the service provided during these stays. I have consistently encountered issues with cleanliness. It is concerning that I can spend an entire week on the same bed sheets without a housekeeper coming to change them. The usual excuse I receive is that the housekeepers are busy. During my most recent stay, I went ten days without a change of sheets. When housekeepers do check in to ask if I need anything, it often takes a week or more for them to return, if they come back at all. I find it hard to believe that the staff would tolerate such conditions in their own homes, yet there seems to be a lack of concern for guest comfort once the check-in process is complete. Regrettably, this experience has led me to decide that I will not return to this facility in the future. I had hoped for improvement after multiple visits, but unfortunately, it has not come to pass. I anticipate the manager may respond with an apology regarding my experience, but having stayed here four times, I feel my concerns are valid. I also agree with a fellow traveler who described the front desk staff as unfriendly. I hope you take this feedback into consideration to enhance the experience for your guests. Dr. G.
