I have never had such a negative experience on any campground, and camping for years both private, provincial or national parks, as this one. We stayed four nights with friends on Sep 11-14, 2023. The smell of sewer was so offensive that it kept me awake at night and keeping away from enjoying evenings sit out by fire pit. They have faulty sewer treatment on the grounds that whenever wind was drifting our way you could smell very strong. We had only one day smell free when the wind was coming offshore. Spoke to the owner, Tyler, and he is aware of the trouble with sewer but supposedly to fix it costs one and a half million dollars and he asked me if I have that money!?! Our site was in the centre part of campground, so his suggestion was to move to other, assuming to the parameter site. But the smell was travelling all through the grounds. Very disappointed with this campground. Never will come back. Judy from Alberta
