We had an incredible stay at Zen Ju Qing Cheng Mountain — one of those rare places that feels less like a guesthouse and more like stepping into someone’s way of life. What truly made the stay unforgettable, were the owners, Colin and Xiaoxiao (Show). They are genuinely, unbelievably kind — the kind of hospitality that goes far beyond service. From the moment we arrived (after the small work-out of walking up an intense hill), we were welcomed like long-lost family. Other guests — many of them regulars — immediately included us and urged us to try local delicacies they brought, which says a lot about the atmosphere Colin and Show have created. There are so many small moments that stand out: being greeted with coffee in the morning (they take coffee very seriously, in the best way), tea in the afternoon (which they take just as seriously, it turns out!), and the constant sense that nothing is too much trouble. Whether it’s helping with transport, sharing local tips, or just making sure you’re comfortable, everything is done with warmth and sincerity. The setting is beautiful and serene, tucked into the mountain with a stunning courtyard full of flowers and greenery. You can tell Colin, one of the owners, has a real gift for it — everything feels alive and thoughtfully cared for. He even treks into the mountains to pick wild tea, which gives you a sense of how deeply connected the place is to its surroundings. That attention to detail carries through everywhere: fresh flowers in the rooms, calm design, and incredibly comfortable bedding. It’s one of those places where you start to wonder what a slower, more intentional way of living might feel like. Even just for a few days, you get a glimpse of that. If you’re looking for a peaceful mountain retreat with real soul — not just a place to stay, but an experience shaped by genuinely exceptional people — this is it.

Sitting quietly in one of the many beautiful tea houses scattered throughout the courtyard or nestled against the mountain backdrop, you can’t help but feel a deep sense of calm as nature engages all your senses. It’s truly therapeutic for the soul. For those seeking a more hands-on experience, the guesthouse offers a variety of activities that are sure to delight, especially families with children. Whether it’s fishing in a tranquil stream or exploring the forest at night in search of glowworms, there’s something special for everyone. Normally, I tend to avoid hotels popular with families. But here, in this zen-like setting, the sound of children laughing and playing only adds to the charm rather than detracting from the serenity. Every corner of this retreat is a photo opportunity, and every meal is a sumptuous feast. The ancient gate transports you to another world, and the evening white mist enhances the sense of wonder. The house-made osmanthus baijiu, reserved exclusively for guests, is a refined treat that speaks to the thoughtful touches that elevate the experience. The level of care and attention to details here far exceeds the cost, leaving you feeling truly pampered by the generosity of this guesthouse and its staff, who go above and beyond to make you feel like an honored guest. I was particularly impressed by the staff and their evident training. They were polite, enthusiastic, and fully invested in ensuring that guests had a great stay. In similar boutique hotels, you might expect to see more of the owner’s presence. But at Shouzhou, the front-of-house staff take full ownership of running the property, with a level of professionalism that is both refreshing and commendable. Our journey from Qingchengshan to Qionglai and onward to Emeishan was long, but entirely worth it. We are especially grateful to the young front-of-house male staff and his colleague, who graciously offered to drive us nearly 30 minutes to a location where we could catch a Didi to Emeishan. This kind gesture was the embodiment of hospitality at its finest. I hope more people discover this hidden gem and have the chance to experience its uplifting atmosphere for themselves.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The homestay had such a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. There's a lift that takes you up to Level 2 where the homestay is located. While there isn't a lift within the homestay itself, it wasn't an issue at all because the owner was incredibly kind and even insisted on carrying our luggage all the way up to our room on the third floor. We truly appreciated such a thoughtful gesture! The hospitality and service were exceptional throughout our stay. For my Muslim friends, there's a delicious halal food stall located just outside the homestay. It was so good that we went back to buy takeaway for dinner later that night! The location is also convenient, with many tourist attractions nearby. We found taking a DiDi to be the easiest and most comfortable way to get around. Overall, we genuinely enjoyed our stay and couldn't have asked for a better host. Thank you for making our trip such a memorable one, we would definitely stay here again!

Tout d'abord, l'attitude du service est super bonne et l'expérience a dépassé les attentes. Au départ, je suis allé aux sources chaudes. Les sources chaudes sentent très bon, mais comme il y a de nombreux types de moustiques près des montagnes et des rivières, vous pouvez au hasard faire tomber un papillon géant du ciel dans le bain privé. La literie dans la chambre est très propre et l'intérieur ressemble à un bâtiment rénové. Il y a une douche, ce qui est convivial pour la foule de Kongtong Mountain, mais l'eau dans la douche est relativement petite et il faut beaucoup de temps pour se laver. cheveux. La température intérieure est basse et le système d'air frais est très silencieux. Certaines zones sont actuellement en cours de rénovation et de peinture à la bombe. La piscine est fortement recommandée ! ! L'eau est très propre avec une légère odeur de soufre et est très claire à 1,3 m de profondeur. Le goût du restaurant est moyen, le dîner du Sichuan est très généreux et une famille de trois personnes peut manger suffisamment. Le service de majordome varie d'une personne à l'autre. Après être passé à une section courte, il est super prévenant et répond instantanément aux messages ! Tous les problèmes peuvent être très bien résolus et ils aideront à commander des repas et à livrer les choses nécessaires. La réponse est très rapide !

Les équipements de la chambre étaient un peu vétustes et la lumière un peu tamisée. À part cela, tout le reste n'était que positif : le service de majordome était excellent et attentionné, et presque tout le personnel était chaleureux et amical, que ce soit au restaurant thaïlandais, au restaurant chinois, au restaurant du petit-déjeuner, au Moon Bar, sur la place de loisirs ou à la ferme. On y rencontrait toujours des sourires sincères et chaleureux. Les photos de voyage proposées par l'hôtel étaient également très bien ; le photographe a même apporté des accessoires amusants. Bien que notre enfant n'ait pas été très coopératif pendant la séance, le résultat final a été étonnamment bon et l'effet était superbe 👍 L'hôtel est également très pratique pour se rendre au mont Qingcheng. On peut prendre la voiturette électrique de l'hôtel jusqu'à l'entrée arrière, traverser la route et on est à l'entrée du site. Pour le retour, il suffit de s'organiser à l'avance avec le majordome et l'hôtel enverra une voiture nous attendre à l'entrée arrière, c'est très pratique ! Le dernier jour, le majordome nous a même surclassés dans une villa avec source chaude et avait déjà rempli la baignoire, c'était vraiment très attentionné !

It truly felt like being back home. The host was very friendly and welcoming, making guests feel comfortable from the moment of arrival. A simple yet satisfying breakfast was provided, including porridge, soy milk, pau, corn, potatoes, and other vegetable dishes. The heating was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, and I slept soundly through the night. The place looked exactly like the photos, and soaking my feet before bed made the stay even more relaxing.

地方不錯，離四季温泉谷就步行幾分鐘，泡温泉很方便，環境衞生乾淨，零食早餐準備的很齊全，老闆人好話不多，退房的那天要去西鄰雪山，時間很早還麻煩了老闆送我們到鎮上，但是房間空調效果不怎麼樣，不過有電熱毯還不算冷，照片忘了拍，總之在花水灣是值得選擇的

這次入住民宿的體驗非常好。到民宿之後小狗66非常熱情的來迎接我們，前台服務人員態度親切，民宿的衞生狀況極佳，乾淨整潔的環境讓我感到舒適和放鬆。由內到外，無論是床單，毛巾還是公共區域，都維持得井井有條。民宿提供的設施同樣也一應俱全，使我感覺賓至如歸，我為他們的服務點贊。負責人和員工都十分友善，他們有當地的村民很熱心的告訴我們哪裡好玩有什麼特產！他們的周到和熱情讓我深受感動。店裡還有很多小動物小羊、小狗都非常可愛，我和我朋友都非常喜歡這家民宿，很幸運的還看到了雪山！！！下次來青城山還要繼續定他們家，推薦大家都來！！！

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est absolument fantastique, très pratique pour visiter les sites touristiques. Le salon de thé panoramique offre une vue imprenable sur la place Yangtianwo, le pont Dujiangyan Nanqiao et l'ancienne ville de Guankou. La vue est vraiment unique et intéressante. Les installations sont simples et fonctionnelles, supérieures à celles d'un hôtel économique moyen. Compte tenu de l'emplacement et du supplément du Nouvel An chinois, le prix global reste raisonnable et très abordable. Le petit-déjeuner était suffisant pour nos besoins, et les nouilles de riz étaient délicieuses. La première nuit, il y a eu un problème avec les équipements de notre chambre. Après en avoir parlé le soir, ils nous ont donné une chambre de même catégorie le lendemain. La communication avec la réception a été très fluide et le personnel était très serviable.

L'expérience hôtelière que j'ai eue cette fois-ci était géniale ! Dès que vous entrez dans le hall, vous pouvez ressentir l’enthousiasme du personnel. L'enregistrement a été rapide et attentionné, et ils ont également aidé à surclasser le type de chambre. La chambre était propre et bien rangée, le style de décoration était simple et élégant, les installations étaient complètes, la literie était douce et confortable et j'ai bien dormi. Le petit-déjeuner propose une grande variété d'options chinoises et occidentales et a bon goût. L'emplacement est également très pratique, et il est facile de manger et de faire du shopping. Je choisirai ici la prochaine fois !
