Amazing place, amazing hotel, amazing view. The service provided is impeccable. The team is just 1 wechat away. Afternoon tea was really good. So was breakfast. No complaints really.. Apart from the usual village-wide power outages (but this affects the whole village, so it is not up to YEYU’s control). Loved every second spent here. Wish we could live here

My husband and I had been traveling around Yunnan for our honeymoon for about 10 days when we arrived at the Linden center hotel in Benzilan, which we chose at random to discover the area a bit. This turned out to be our favorite stay in Yunnan. The hotel itself is brand new, and it is clear a lot of thought was put into everything to turn it into a (very!) comfortable and beautiful haven in the middle of those mountains. Fa Cai (nickname), the young manager of this place went above and beyond to make our stay extra special, making sure we had everything we needed, arranging for smooth transportation in an area where it’s not easy, recommending local excursions, and just generally being super friendly and extremely professional (and speaking great English, which was an added bonus!) Thanks to her we also got to know about the center’s cultural mission in Yunnan and rural China beyond the hotel(s), and the founder’s exciting initiatives which we will be following. The young man who was working alongside her was great too, and so were the other staff/ cooks who always prepared simple delicious meals. Everything was perfect, we did not want to leave! We will be sure to go back, and hopefully visit the other Linden center locations in Yunnan!

Excellent service by all staffs from the moment we stepped out of the car on check-in until we stepped back into the car on check-out! Upon check-in, we were greeted with some snacks and local specialty tea! Check-in was seamless. The afternoon tea were amazing with surreal views of the Meili 13 Peaks. We had early dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food were scrumptious! At 8.30pm, we were served with some local dessert which, also, were delightful! The evening activities were fascinating where knowledgeable staffs explained about the different peaks of Meili Snow Mountain and a brief session of Astronomy! There was also a painting session that was fully assisted by the talented staffs! For breakfast, we were spoilt for choice. Our stomachs were filled with happiness. Will definitely return when we re-visit Shangri-La!

This hotel was one of the highlights of my trip. Nestled right in front of the magnificent Jinsha River, the location is absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the serene views each day was a truly special experience. I fell in love with the beautiful Tibetan-style architecture, which is full of character and charm. Every corner of the property feels thoughtfully designed, creating an atmosphere that is both authentic and peaceful. The entire place exudes a sense of calm that makes it easy to relax and unwind. What made my stay truly unforgettable, however, was the hospitality of the owner. She is one of the warmest and kindest people I have ever met. From the moment I arrived, she treated me less like a guest and more like a friend. She would often invite me to share meals with her father, making me feel welcomed into her family and giving me a glimpse of genuine local hospitality. By the end of my stay, it felt as though I was saying goodbye to an old friend rather than checking out of a hotel. The warmth, generosity, and care I received are things I will always remember. I cannot express enough gratitude for such a wonderful experience. If I ever return to this area, there is no question where I will stay. Thank you for making my trip so memorable.

Didn’t expect this hotel to be so luxurious. The room looks abit small in pictures but in real life the room is HUGE. The service is also very good and we felt welcomed when we arrived after a long journey. The breakfast buffet is great as well. Its so far the best breakfast I had throughout my trip in Shangri-la. There’s steak, rice noodles DIY counter, and other tasty varieties. Worth coming back here again!

Perfect location to watch sunrise over Meili mountain! The rooftop really offers one of the best views and we didnt have to squeeze with the crowds at Feilaisi. However, do note that it is right by the road side. We could hear vendors and them watching videos on their phones till quite late at night, and we could also hear and see the big trucks driving past our windows. Breakfast was really great and a very pleasant surprise!

Lorsqu'il pleuvait, Bengbaita a organisé une voiture pour venir nous chercher. Quand nous sommes arrivés, le chauffage au sol dans la chambre était déjà allumé et il faisait très chaud ! Dans les prochains jours, ils fourniront des suggestions détaillées basées sur l'itinéraire, prépareront des sandwichs à manger pendant la randonnée et se renseigneront sur les exigences en matière de chambre avant de quitter le travail tous les soirs. Il faut notamment mentionner que le petit-déjeuner propose des options chinoises et américaines, particulièrement délicieuses ! Environnement : Le B&B est situé en hauteur dans le village de Shangyubeng. Il a un style simple et moderne en rondins, et on peut voir que le propriétaire a beaucoup de goût. Toutes les chambres font directement face au General Peak et au Goddess Peak. Par beau temps, vous pouvez ouvrir les rideaux pour profiter de l'expérience d'observation des montagnes enneigées. Le paysage sur la terrasse à l'étage est encore meilleur, avec une vue panoramique sur la neige. -des villages de montagne coiffés ! Hygiène : La chambre est très propre et bien rangée, équipée de toilettes intelligentes, de beaucoup d'eau chaude, d'articles de toilette complets, et le léger parfum de bois de santal est très apaisant ! Équipements : Chaque détail a un sens du design. La chambre est équipée d'un chauffage au sol et d'un concentrateur d'oxygène, et vous pouvez laver le linge, ce qui est un plus !

If you are looking for one of the most affordable ways to wake up to the breathtaking sight of the Meili Snow Mountain, look no further than FANSU at WUNONGDING. Our stay here was nothing short of incredible. The primary reason for our visit was the sacred Meili Snow mountain, and the view absolutely delivered. Waking up to that majestic panorama right outside our window was a highlight of our entire trip. For the value, it's an unbeatable location. The hospitality here is what truly sets FANSU apart. The staff are super helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make us feel not just like guests, but like family. They created a homey and comfortable atmosphere that made it hard to leave. A special memory was made on our last evening when the staff taught us how to sing the beautiful ******* song ”FLY” by ANU. It was a spontaneous, joyful moment that we will cherish forever. A super big thank you to them for that! Regarding the food: we found the meals to be absolutely yummy and comforting. While we've seen some comments about the dinner being expensive, we found it perfectly reasonable for our usual dining expenditure, and more importantly, the quality and taste justified it. The breakfast was also lovely and set us up perfectly well for the day. We left with full hearts, amazing photos, and great memories. If you want an authentic, warm, and unforgettable experience facing the Meili Snow Mountain, we cannot recommend FANSU highly enough. Environnement : Le premier jour de mon séjour à Yubeng, la chambre n'était pas propre, j'ai donc immédiatement déménagé à Guyu Huating. Ma première impression après l'enregistrement était que la chambre était propre et bien rangée, et je ne pouvais pas la lâcher avec les quatre chatons mignons. Ce qui est encore plus surprenant, c'est que vous pouvez voir Meili Snow Mountain depuis la porte de la chambre. Service : Le propriétaire et le personnel de l'auberge sont très enthousiastes. Les compétences culinaires de la tante cuisinière sont relativement légères, ce qui convient aux voyageurs aux goûts légers. Le lendemain, le propriétaire nous a également emmenés à Nise pour cueillir des champignons et déguster un. fête des champignons ensemble le soir. De plus, j'ai rencontré des amis intéressants du monde entier. Ce séjour nous a offert d'autres moments merveilleux lors de notre voyage à Yubeng.

I stayed here for 2 nights and had an amazing experience. The room provides a great view of the mountains with floor to ceiling windows and everything in the room, including the bed, chairs, clothes rack and bathroom, are well-maintained and clean. The room provides a sense of luxury and cleanliness during your getaway to this village. The location is excellent, as you are one of the first, if not the first accommodation facing the mountains, so the view is excellent. It is in a great location for exploring upper yubeng and the glacier lake. What made our stay unforgettable was the amazing service we received by the owner and staff whilst we stayed here. The lady provided us with everything we needed to know during our stay in yubeng, including sunrise times, and answered any and every question we had about yubeng as a whole. They provided an atmosphere that was very welcoming and it really does feel like I was invited to stay at their home. They provided free water and free laundry service, as well as free use of hiking poles for our hikes. The breakfast included was excellent and was different for each day we stayed, and they provide you with a free lunch pack to take on your hike, which was a nice gesture which we appreciated. Additionally, everyone here speaks both mandarin and cantonese, so if you're travelling from Guangdong or Hong Kong and would like to feel at home, this is the perfect place to be. Overall, this was an amazing accommodation to stay at due to the amazing service, location and facilities and the owner and her family really do treat you like family. I would highly recommend staying here, and if I ever come back to yubeng, I will definitely stay here again!
