Le personnel était super amical, la situation est étonnante et la chambre était très propre et bien entretenue. Le service était excellent et très rapide. Lorsque nous avons eu des problèmes avec notre chauffage, le personnel a immédiatement contacté le technicien pour résoudre le problème. Nous avons la chambre de haut niveau, car nous sommes une famille de 4, dont 2 enfants, et nous aimons la chambre, car elle est spacieuse avec une vue sur l'ensemble du village. Il recommandera certainement à tout le monde de rester ici pour la grande location et le service de haut niveau.

J'écris rarement des avis, principalement par paresse, mais le service et la vue du Qixin Hotel méritent vraiment un coup de pouce. Les vêtements Miao de l'hôtel sont également très beaux. Installations : Les détails sont très soignés. Il y a un masque de sommeil près du lit et une boule de bain dans la baignoire. Globalement, c'est comparable à un hôtel cinq étoiles. Le lit king-size annoncé en ligne est vraiment king-size. Notre famille de trois personnes a utilisé trois oreillers, tous à plat, et chacun pouvait dormir en position aigle déployé. C'était très confortable. Propreté : La propreté est la priorité absolue lors d'un séjour à l'hôtel. On dit que le village est sujet aux insectes, mais ce n'était pas le cas dans la chambre. Elle était propre et confortable, et nous y sommes allés pieds nus. Ambiance : Cet hôtel est arrivé en deuxième position. Je donne généralement la priorité à l'ambiance, mais vu l'excellence du service, il devait être en deuxième position. Nous sommes arrivés la veille après-midi et avons pris des photos du village Miao matin, midi et soir depuis l'hôtel. C'était vraiment magnifique. La vue est époustouflante. Mis à part l'hôtel et les photos des vêtements Miao, nul besoin de sortir pour admirer le paysage ; on peut simplement l'admirer depuis sa chambre ou le toit-terrasse. Malgré la présence d'un bus touristique, l'hôtel était étonnamment calme la nuit. On voyait souvent des gens prendre des photos devant l'entrée de l'hôtel, de jour comme de nuit. Service : C'était vraiment excellent. Après la réservation, ils ont été constamment attentifs à notre séjour et à nos besoins. Un membre de la famille fêtait son anniversaire ce jour-là, alors ils nous ont appelés pour nous demander de préparer des nouilles de longévité le soir même. Elles étaient incroyablement délicieuses. Ils ont répondu à nos demandes jusqu'à notre coucher ce soir-là, et nous ont même aidés à porter nos bagages jusqu'au parking lors de notre départ. Tout le personnel de l'hôtel était toujours souriant et à l'écoute. Ayant séjourné dans des hôtels de toutes les étoiles, je recommande vivement Seven Letters pour le service. Fruits de bienvenue : Pastèque, rose, raisins verts, poires du Xinjiang, tous très sucrés. Soupe sucrée de bonne nuit : Une délicieuse soupe aux haricots mungo par personne. Boissons sans alcool à volonté au réfrigérateur : Les boissons glacées étaient fantastiques.

Cet hôtel est le meilleur endroit dans le village de Miao. Cette hôtel ne se trouve pas trop haut juste à pied quelques escaliers seulement peut encore être géré par les enfants et les personnes âgées. À la moitié de la colline, une vue fantastique sur le village et le champ de riz. Vous pouvez passer à travers le champ de riz pour la photo. Balcone super belle vue, grande télévision à projecteur. Avoir une tasse de thé au balcon très relax. Hôtel très nouveau. Vous serez certainement ici encore parce que l'hôtel super relax et super tranquille.

I'd like to share my impressions of my stay at this hotel. Firstly, the hotel is very new and designer inside. The view of the village is, I'd say, the best in the area. First things first: the hotel offers a butler service, and when you arrive at the attraction, a butler will meet you and take your luggage. You don't have to bother walking to the bus, which is quite a distance, and the entire scenic area is on a mountain, requiring constant climbing. The hotel is also located on a hillside, so getting to it requires a climb up narrow steps. The butler carried my luggage and accompanied me the entire time. The walk from the entrance to the hotel took about 25 minutes, including the bus and the walk. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was greeted at reception and offered afternoon tea; there were five drinks on the menu. I chose a milk oolong tea with milk, and they offered me fruit, nuts, and homemade cookies. It was delicious. I spent the entire time relaxing, drinking tea, and enjoying the village views. After I'd rested, I went to my room. I was given a room on the 4th floor with the lucky number 888. The room has absolutely everything: excellent Loccitan cosmetics, toiletries, robes, and slippers—everything is of very good quality. There's also a modern hairdryer and steam iron. There was a bath on the balcony, but I didn't use it because it was chilly. The room is really new; it has underfloor heating if you get cold, and also air conditioning. The bed linen, pillows, and blanket were wonderful. I didn't even notice how my night passed; I truly rested for the two nights I stayed at this hotel. The hotel staff explained how I could spend my time and took me to a restaurant where I could have a delicious meal. Then I went for a walk. I spent the entire evening strolling around the village and taking in the sights. That evening, when I returned, I was offered evening soup, which I really enjoyed; it was very unusual. Since I was a foreign tourist, the hotel staff communicated with me using a translator via WeChat, which was very convenient and prevented any misunderstandings. The next morning, I was offered breakfast, which was served on the first floor of the hotel. The dining room was also very beautiful and well-renovated. After breakfast, I went for a walk around the village to take beautiful photos. I had a wonderful time in the village, taking in the sights. I especially enjoyed the local people's show on New Year's Eve, as well as the singing of the women and men of the Miao people. The day before my departure, the hotel staff asked what time my return tickets to Guiyang would be and told me they would arrange for me to be transported to the entrance so I could call a taxi. I would give this hotel the highest rating, firstly because it's in a wonderful location on a mountain with a magnificent view, and literally a three-minute walk from the main observation deck. I would also give the highest rating to the hotel personnel, and especially to the butler his wechat name Velpro, they are all tried their best to help me and accompanied me on all my questions. I would also give the highest rating to the hotel owners, who care about the interior order, cleanliness, and the care of their guests. This level of hospitality is truly rare. If I return to this village, I will definitely stay at this hotel. I recommend it to everyone.

Bien que le moment de l'entrée soit très tard, l'hôte nous a bien guidés par WeChat Messenger du taxi de la gare Kailinan (station Kerynan) tout le chemin vers le b&b! Ils nous ont pris à pied dans la zone et ont utilisé une application de traduction pour nous expliquer tout en détail, nous avons compris, et nous ont même emprunté une banque de puissance, car notre batterie était en basse tension. Le service de la salle de bains est un service de la salle de bains et de la douche, qui sont les zones les plus sensibles à notre arrivée. La vue de l'hôtel était également fantastique, avec l'emplacement proche d'un pont d'observation, avec belle vue à tout moment. Après l'arrivée, nous avons eu une autre chance d'explorer la zone. L'hôte nous a bien stocké nos bagages lourds, ce qui était très réfléchi. Il n'est pas facile de voyager dans cette région même pour les habitants, mais grâce à la préoccupation et l'attention de l'hôte pour nous, deux étrangers, notre voyage Guiyang est devenu une expérience très agréable.

We arrived in Xijiang and were immediately met with such a kind surprise—they upgraded our room for my birthday, which truly set the tone for our entire stay. We were on the third floor with the most wonderful view, looking out over their little water feature and the village beyond. Our balcony, complete with a tea set and two chairs, quickly became one of our favorite spots. Sitting there, especially in the evening, felt magical—like we were nestled among the stars overlooking the town. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the viewing platform and easily accessible down into the main village. Arriving was also incredibly smooth. As first-time visitors to China, we were quite nervous navigating trains and logistics as English speakers, but the hotel staff stepped in early with clear, thoughtful guidance. From the very beginning, they were attentive, responsive, and genuinely kind. When we arrived at the North Gate after taking the shuttle into the scenic area, a staff member met us and carried both of our bags up the hill and stairs to the accommodation. This was such a thoughtful gesture—especially because the terrain can be challenging. (For future travelers: if possible, avoid bringing heavy suitcases—but if you do, you’ll be very well taken care of here.) Check-in was seamless, and our room was extremely comfortable with all the amenities we needed. They provided water, soft robes, and made communication very easy via WeChat. Breakfast was also a highlight—we opted for the Chinese breakfast, which was light, healthy, and a perfect way to start the day before exploring all the incredible street food in town. We especially loved the communal living space—a cozy café-style area with a balcony overlooking the village. It was such a peaceful place to sit, have tea, and take in the views both during the day and under the night sky. They also had everything you could need: a coffee maker, dishes, mugs, and even fresh spring water, which was a lovely touch. The warmth of the people here truly made the experience unforgettable. The housekeeping staff were so kind, and the younger staff members were incredibly helpful and attentive. It really felt like being welcomed into a home rather than just staying at a hotel. And the little cats around the property made it even more special. On our departure day, we were running late for the last bus, and one of the younger staff members carried my very heavy bag down the hill and practically ran with it to make sure we made it on time. He stayed with us until we were safely on board. That level of care and service is something we will never forget. We would return in a heartbeat. Thank you, thank you, thank you again to the family and the entire staff for your kindness and for taking such wonderful care of us. You made our short stay in Xijiang an absolute pleasure and a weekend we will remember forever.

Ils nous ont rencontrés à la porte, nous ont aidé à acheter nos billets, nous ont stocké nos bagages plus grands, nous ont guidés par le village à notre maison, et ils ont même transporté nos bagages plus petits tout le long de notre chambre. De toute façon, ils m'ont encouragé à participer à la cérémonie de bienvenue traditionnelle du village et nous ont traités à une délicieuse boîte de soupe d'amande, puisque nous n'avons pas encore mangé. Ce qui a fait cette séjour inoubliable, c'est qu'ils sont devenus notre guide de voyage personnel pour la journée. C'était un voyage spécial de maman et de fils, et mon fils ne pouvait pas arrêter de parler de la qualité exceptionnelle du service. Pour le démonter, ils ont organisé notre Didi à la gare et nous ont personnellement escorté à la Porte du Nord quand il était temps de partir. Xiao Guanji et A Rui, vous êtes simplement le meilleur! The hotel is located on top of a hill giving stunning views over Xijiang Village and its terraces. Be warned, it requires a couple hundred steps to reach the hotel and the road can be confusing the first few times, a good fitness level is required. There is a possibility to take an electric car to the hotel but it is very infrequent and you often have to wait a long time for it to depart. For me, waking up with this incredible view was worth climbing all the steps everyday. The room had all the necessary amenities, a comfortable bed and the airconditioning/heater was working as expected. I would stay here again.
