Very nice hotel with good location next to the best mall in Yogyakarta. The hotel retains the grandeur of old era with large and cozy lobby areas with plenty of sofas for relaxing or to meet guests. The hotel has the larger than average room sizes. However, the rooms need to have better lightings overall but especially in the bathrooms. The hotel has shown signs of need for another round of renovation. Start with the lightings then the beddings as well as improving the sound barriers. During the last night of our stay, the hotel hosted a party in the backyard. The sounds of music was so loud, it was hard for me to sleep. Sending a note to the hotel guests about having a party in the evening does NOT mean that they can just host a party with such loud music in the backyard. Alternatively, the hotel can invest in serious sound proofing if they plan to have parties in the backyard or pool.

Strategic location with lots of useful ammenities. The apartment was nicely furnished, bed was very comfortable, small kitchen was handy to have and bathroom was clean. I also really enjoyed the cushion on the window seat to take in the view of Mt. Merapi. In the future I think that the check in and check out process could be streamlined, including contacting the guest prior to check in to provide the required information and maybe having a document in the apartment that outlines the check out process. Apart from that I was very happy with my stay and would visit again.

Un hôtel 4 étoiles à proximité du site touristique de Tlogo Putri. Cet hôtel est plutôt agréable, avec des chambres de luxe spacieuses et des balcons. Le service est aimable, mais malheureusement, la propreté laisse à désirer. En entrant dans la chambre, nous avons constaté que les draps étaient sales et semblaient n'avoir jamais été changés. Il y avait des taches et des cheveux sur le matelas, alors même que nous ne l'avions pas encore utilisé. Le sol paraissait mal nettoyé ; il restait beaucoup de cheveux dans la chambre. Les murs étaient défraîchis, couverts de toiles d'araignée et de poussière. Les verres, que je trouvais sales lorsqu'ils ont été changés, l'étaient toujours, mais le personnel a simplement prétendu qu'ils étaient vieux. C'est un problème de propreté rédhibitoire. Si cet hôtel était bien entretenu, il serait excellent. L'équipe d'entretien et la direction de l'hôtel doivent absolument remédier à ce problème. Pour un prix raisonnable, la prestation est très décevante. Le petit-déjeuner était également moyen, sans plus.

Amazing hotel, with excellent service. It was our first trip to Yogyakarta and I think it’s a fantastic place to stay. The staff were very friendly and attentive, the rooms were spacious, bright, and very clean. The facilities were excellent, with a swimming pool, gym, and outstanding food. Overall, highly recommended.

Un ancien hôtel cinq étoiles, situé dans la ville en direction de Prambanan. L'attitude de service de l'hôtel est très bonne. La réception parle très bien anglais. Parce que nous devons partir très tôt, l'hôtel a préparé un panier de petit-déjeuner très copieux. avance. Vous pouvez choisir parmi tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Les chambres de l'hôtel et les restaurants peuvent surplomber de loin tout le Merapi et la piscine extérieure est très belle. Le dîner de l'hôtel est également bon, les portions sont grandes et le goût est très bon. Il est fortement recommandé de choisir cet hôtel lors de la location d'une voiture. Il propose des services hôteliers standard cinq étoiles. Le week-end, les habitants ont organisé un mariage dans le jardin de l'hôtel et ont vu des invités déguisés.

Kamar luas, dapat kamar yang di upgrade oleh petugas resepsionis, bersih, sarapan banyak pilihan dan staff ramah. Lokasi sekitar hotel ramaiidan banyak penjual makanan. Walaupun agak jauh dari kota/ malioboro

Il est très agréable de rester au cristal lotus, surtout pour la zone Jogja qui prendra les cpns en bkn
