Je recommande ! Un super hôtel, neuf et propre. Le quartier est très calme et l'emplacement est excellent. Le plus important, c'est le personnel agréable et serviable. Ils ont même pris le temps de m'aider à planifier mon itinéraire de voyage et m'ont réservé un billet pour Pokhara. Je leur suis très reconnaissant. Je ne suis resté qu'une journée, mais j'ai eu l'impression d'y vivre depuis un mois. Après tout, quand le personnel est aussi serviable, on ne remarque même pas les inconvénients. Le manager, Shiva Bhatta, est une personne formidable ! J'ai demandé d'écrire un message sur une carte postale et ils l'ont fait avec plaisir. Je suis très reconnaissant 🙌

La chambre est propre et bien rangée, les installations sont très neuves, l'attitude du service est très bonne, la nourriture est livrée dans la chambre, la nourriture a bon goût, la réception a appelé un taxi pour l'aéroport, le prix est moins cher, ce n'est pas loin de l'aéroport, il est fortement recommandé de rester

Je m'excuse d'avoir changé de chambre plusieurs fois, mais j'apprécie profondément les surclassements que vous avez généreusement fournis. La gentillesse et la chaleur de votre équipe m'ont touché le cœur. Chaque membre du personnel que j'ai rencontré était incroyablement attentionné et accueillant, ce qui a rendu mon séjour si mémorable. Excellent Stay and Warm Hospitality at Mercure Kathmandu This was my first time visiting Kathmandu, and Mercure Kathmandu truly left a wonderful impression. From the moment we arrived, the service and hospitality stood out. A special mention to Paras, who picked us up from the airport and helped us with check-in. He was exceptionally kind and professional, and even shared some very useful information about getting around Kathmandu — which really helped us make the most of our trip. We had booked a room with breakfast for only one person, but the hotel kindly extended complimentary breakfast for both of us — a gesture we truly appreciated. The room itself was awesome — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The toiletries were complete, even including a razor and shaving cream, which was a nice touch. Overall, the staff throughout our stay were consistently helpful and friendly, making us feel very welcome. Highly recommend Mercure Kathmandu to anyone visiting the city — great service, comfort, and warm hospitality all around!

it was same as photo though the size could be misleading, black water came out from the room where hotel staff were asked to follow at once though left the water for me to clean up myself room electricity suplly was stop twice on the last night due to unknown reason.. staff including the reservation manager were very helpful but i will explore other hotel next time if available

Le restaurant est très confortable et très confortable. Le personnel du bureau de réception n'était pas très familiarisé avec son travail. 1. Je ne trouve pas ma réservation. 2. Mal calculé le nombre de nuits à séjourner 3. N'avait pas réalisé que la chambre était prépayée et allait être facturée à nouveau. Mais il a reconnu ses erreurs.

Stayed at Flock Hostel Kathmandu and overall it was a pleasant experience, especially for budget travellers and solo backpackers. The location is quite convenient — easy to reach by taxi or InDrive from the airport, and close to Thamel area. The hostel has a calm, friendly atmosphere despite being in the city. Perfect if you want somewhere simple to rest after long walks around Kathmandu. I stayed in an 8-bed dorm. The room was clean, bed was comfortable enough, and lockers were provided. Bathrooms were shared but generally clean and usable. Hot shower was available, which is really appreciated after a long day out. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always smiling and willing to answer questions or help with directions and transport. The common area is nice for chilling, meeting other travellers, or just resting quietly. This is not a luxury place, but for the price, it’s good value for money. Suitable for backpackers, solo travellers, and anyone who prefers a relaxed, social hostel environment. Pros: • Friendly and helpful staff • Affordable price • Clean dorms and common areas • Good location Cons: • Basic facilities (don’t expect hotel-level comfort) • Can be a bit noisy if hostel is full Overall, I would recommend Flock Hostel Kathmandu for travellers looking for a simple, budget-friendly stay with good vibes. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5)

Location is alright, there’s occasional cockroaches running past you when you are in the room, cleanliness has a lot to improve on. Worst part is that I booked a single room and was given a room next to the elevator with a window without curtain, anyone tall enough would be able to look into my room and everything in it, to add on to that, the room was next to the elevator and you can hear every footstep and noise/chat coming from the corridor, and when the elevator moves, there’s this super unnecessary music that runs with it so you would get a sense of that throughout the day and night. When I went to the receptionist to ask for a different room, she told me there’s no other rooms available and I have to pay an extra 1500 rupee to upgrade to a different room, that amount, adding with the original I paid for- would already be much higher than a standard deluxe room. Obviously she and the hotel was trying to scam me by leveraging on giving a super lousy room at first. Even though they eventually agreed to change room for me at no charge, I was honestly traumatised by this hotel and was uncomfortable through the stay. Then at check-out in the next morning, the guy was reluctant to let me go asking if I had already paid and making calls to confirm about it. Overall there’s surely better rooms for similar price in Thamel, so do try to skip this hotel unless you like some good memorable reasons to spoil your trip.

The hotel is perfect location 20 min drive from airport. Hotel is Amazing,like room is big ,bathroom amenities all very useful, service is excellent,and breakfast has a lots of variety and testy as well .value of money

C’est un superbe hôtel , l’emplacement est bon et c’est très calme . Ils sont très accueillants et souciants . J’ai été traité comme un roi . Juste que l’eau dans les toilettes sent pas bon du tout c’est le seul défaut de l’hôtel . Et aussi j’ai réclamé un changement de drap et couvertures le gérant m’a promis mais il l’a pas fait , j’ai du dormir 5 jours sur la même couverture
