Hôtels avec vue sur montagne à Kemer

Nous voulions un séjour d'une nuit pour voir les Chimaera et les Olympos. L'hôtel était bien situé pour nous sur la rive de Chirali. Carrie était très amicale et hébergée, surtout en raison d'une erreur que nous avons faite lors de la réservation. Le reste du personnel était agréable et attentif. La cuisine était excellente, tant pour le dîner que pour le petit déjeuner, surtout pour les jams.

I left the hotel with mixed feelings. Positive: the territory is very nicely maintained. The scenery is beautiful, the pools are cleaned on a daily basis. The beach is also clean and pleasant. Lots of coolers with drinking water, many other drinks are included, so you never stay dehydrated. The idea with the animals is brilliant. Rabbits and birds walking around really make the place special. Negative: There are many reviews praising the food in this hotel. Initially I was also impressed with the variety and lots of salads. However, I soon found that it was very salty, spicy or very sour. And when I say ”very”, I really mean it. I stayed in the hotel for 11 nights and by the end of our stay I got a stomach ache and heartburn, although I had no digestive illness before. I suppose the hotel will say that they have a diet table. Yes, they do, but this is just 2-3 dishes very plain in taste. For someone who had no prior digestive problems It would be strange to avoid the general table. It would make sense to moderate spices and salt in most of the dishes, and I assure you they would still be flavourful. We were leaving the hotel at 11 am and therefore could not have our dinner. As the airport food is overpriced and unreliable, I asked at the reception if we could come for the late breakfast and take something with us. Not only the man at the reception refused, he also added: ”I think it is gross”. Normally I am not inclined to argue over every penny, but in this case I just can't stay silent. The voucher from the hotel clearly says that guests are entitled to breakfast and dinner on the day of the departure. Your guests are going to have a hard day in travel, they are leaving before dinner and are asking politely if they could have some takeaway and you say it's gross?That's as far from hospitality as it could be and really wiped out any wish to come back to this hotel ever again.

Замечательный отель, хорошо все!!! Начиная от расположения, красивейшие горы, зелень, а море😍 это просто красота!!! Сам отель большой, зеленый. Огромная чистая территория, много локаций, мест для прогулок. Большой пляж, много шезлонгов, найти свободные-не проблема в любое время. Еда-выше всяких похвал!!! Очень вкусно, очень много, очень разнообразно. Каждый день с новой тематикой. Целый день на разных локациях, своя еда. По поводу алкоголя могу сказать только за вино, так как выпиваю только его. Очень вкусное местное вино, не болит не голова, нет никаких пятен, очень приятный вкус. Развлечения для детей и взрослых с самого утра до вечера, каждый может найти себе развлечения по душе. Бассейны, очень много, большие. Очень чистые, есть небольшой аквапарк. Мы жили в номерах в саду, они с новым ремонтом, очень чистые и тихие. В отеле понравилось абсолютно ВСЕ!!!!!

We strongly recommend the Golden Lotus we had such a lovely relaxing time we even stayed an extra day the food was delicious all though the day so much choice and cold and hot drinks available all day all the staff were very attentive. This is a wonderful place to stay and value for money. Thank you to the Golden Lotus staff for looking after us we will return

Hasan, le propriétaire de l'hôtel, est très intéressant, mais il est vraiment un propriétaire de la société qui fait son travail avec raison, qui nous a donné la chambre qu'il voulait, et qui nous a donné l'assistance. Les chambres sont propres, le petit-déjeuner buffet ouvert et la piscine, et un endroit idéal pour écouter les clients, car le profil de l'hôtel est calme. Il n'y a pas de manque (sans dîner), mais une entreprise si bonne qu'on peut ignorer parce qu'ils font tout leur possible pour y arriver. Ils nous ont offert du thé et du café dans le bar près de la piscine, et ils n'ont même pas dû le faire. Nous sommes heureux, parce que nous avons senti leur honnêteté. Nous proposons à tous, nous voulons que les gens qui ont fait leur travail de bonne foi soient différents des autres entreprises axées sur l'argent, j'espère qu'ils arriveront dans des endroits meilleurs, et que leur route sera ouverte. Vous pouvez vous intégrer dans l'énergie de la nature, un endroit propre et très calme, un endroit approprié pour ceux qui veulent écouter les têtes à distance des gens. Vous pouvez également fournir 15 minutes de transport par voiture maritime. Vous ne trouverez pas de marché dans les proches. Je vous suggère de faire votre shopping et de partir sans mini-congélateur dans les chambres, mais cela nous a déçus, mais le personnel souriant et les nuits se déroulent dans des événements.

При заселении отель сослался на овербукинг и сделал отмену бронирования и возврат оплаты через стороннего агрегатора потребовав повторно оплатить проживание на месте. Только ваучер от trip.com оказался не аннулирован отелем. Мы спокойно разместились по ранее оплаченной стоимости. Спасибо TRIP.com!
