First they took all money at the morning from card i didn’t wanna to use , then when we are arrived to hotel they get other credit card and use that for deposit , but anyway from my other card they took 10 dollars ! What management do their job like this ????? And about breakfast! Horrible ! You get the coupons for breakfast and you can’t take coffee and water ! one drink for the breakfast:coffee or water or juice ! All the days they confused our orders ! Service at the hotel one star!!!! Never seen that at Marriott hotels ! They even didn’t give water for the status like it usually do ! Because we booked through trip .com . But it is ok ! Other things are just disappointing! It was my birthday trip!

IInvitéHotel room was nicely remodeled, clean, and neat. Good mattresses. Chair in room was worthless, back slanted way to far back to actually sit in it (who makes a chair like that anyway). Had blood stains on one of my pillowcases. Overall pretty good stay.
However, the elevator was very dirty in the details. Floor was clean, but edges were dirty and dingy. Glass was absolutely filthy. Whole hotel needed to be painted and spruced up outside. Little gardens were nice. The ”free” breakfast should have more clear that in only included pancakes. You have to pay $6 more per person to get full breakfast choices.
Would probably book a different place next time.

IInvitéGood for family. Room size was good. Although hotel is at roadside, rooms are away from road, hence quiet. Hotel is also by the river and room balconies face river which is nice. One swimming pool is with slide and waterfal. Second pool at other end of the hotel is also nice. Breakfast is basic. It worked well for our family. In front of hotel, there is a stop for free public nostalgic bus (Blue line trolley) that takes you down to Gatlinburg center in a few minutes(Aquarium is last stop), comes at every 15 min. Otherwise it’s 15 min.walk to the city center.

Gg._gabyyyLe service était étonnant et très agréable. Vous pouvez aller à n'importe quel restaurant, tout est à proximité. Les services de nettoyage AMAZINGGG. La seule chose est que la zone de petit déjeuner est petite, il est difficile de trouver un siège, et la plupart des chambres sont toujours anciennes comme la photo, mais nous aimé cet hôtel.

IInvitéC'est un établissement plus ancien qui pourrait utiliser quelques mises à jour, mais la situation par courant et à distance de marche à tout le centre de Gatlinburg est excellente. La chambre était moyenne, mais il faut être attentif aux fenêtres de la chambre, le balcon était sale (fenêtres, chaises, sol). Windows dans l'ascenseur aussi. Il faut juste être attentif aux détails.

IInvitéThe hotel is in a great location and that’s the best thing I can say. The breakfast if they have a lot of people coming is good with biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs but if there’s not many people booked, it’s just scrambled eggs and half cooked sausage.
The one thing if you have a pet, they’re gonna stick you in one of the old rooms that the floor hasn’t been mopped in ages. They made dust mop it, but if you drop some water and wipe it up, the rag is black and the bed was very uncomfortable. Young man at the desk was very nice and he actually helped me a lot and he said they did have a lot of new mattresses, but unfortunately our room wasn’t one of them.

IInvitéLa dernière fois que nous avons visité cet hôtel, la porte était laissée ouverte avant d'arriver à la chambre ? Donnant une clé & dit de aller à cette chambre & la porte était ouverte & les bugs étaient partout à l'intérieur ? Nous avons demandé une chambre différente, mais tôt, nous pouvions entendre le personnel et le roulement avec la voiture dehors de notre porte, mais nous n'avions pas eu un problème la dernière fois que nous étions là, où nous étions si surpris cette fois?
