Complexes et hôtels à Mudanjiang avec spa

Location was great. Right opposite the train station. The front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. The first room I was given had a really strong smoking smell, so they gave me another room right away. The view of the city from high floor was great! Could see the whole city and the mountains surrounding the city. Every morning my room could see the sun rise and get some indoor sun bathing in the winter. The breakfast had a healthy Chinese variety. Some western bread and muffins were offered as well. The only weird part for me was the fruits - the breakfast buffet had bananas and oranges cut into halves which I saw nobody taking. Overall, the stay was totally worth it.

Le propriétaire est très aimable et utile, ce qui a réellement fait le séjour exceptionnel était l'hospitalité du propriétaire. Il est clair qu'il prend fierté de faire en sorte que chaque invité se sent bienvenu et bien soigné, ajoutant un touche personnel qui est souvent manquant dans les hôtels plus grands. La vue de la fenêtre était une belle surprise; elle a ajouté un beau touche à l'expérience.

L'hôtel est très grand, la nouvelle décoration est très confortable peu de temps, la maison familiale a en fait fusionné les deux personnes. Nous avons quatre personnes très grandes. Le gardien ne se batt pas avec haha. Le petit-déjeuner de buffet est bon, et en bas est la zone de la porte nationale du fleuve, le seul défaut est plus loin de la ville, Le maître de l'autocar a besoin d'un prix plus élevé, les autres sont vraiment bons.

We chose to stay at this hotel due to its proximity to the snow village. It is a very outdated and overpriced hotel. For the premium $400+ I spet I didn't feel it was value for money. It seems the owners do not put their money back into the hotel. The carpet was disgusting, the window sill did not look like it had been cleaned in a long time. The sheets had holes. There was a tissue stuck in the wall. It has aingerjng smoke smell. Some fresh paint and a wipe over would do a lot. We made do because we were really there to see the Snow Village and I am glad we needn't spend much time in the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful to my family and I as we do not speak the language. They were able to help us book a return transfer and also an outing for the day. The breakfast was traditional Chinese and the people around us seemed to be enjoying it. The big letdown was the room, it did seem like no money has been put back into the hotel. It could be a very nice place. For the premium price you would think the hotel would have a free luggage service available.

這次雪鄉之行簡直是一場夢幻之旅，而入住的酒店更是為這次旅行增色不少，必須給大家好好分享一下。 酒店位置超棒，出門沒多遠就是雪鄉的核心景區，步行幾分鐘就能一頭扎進銀裝素裹的夢幻家園。不僅能輕鬆欣賞到各種精美的雪雕，還能隨時參與熱鬧的民俗活動，真的太方便了。 從前台辦理入住時的熱情接待，到幫忙規劃遊玩路線，工作人員的服務都無可挑剔。入住期間，有任何需求他們都能迅速響應，還會貼心地提醒早晚温差，提供暖寶寶，讓人心裏暖乎乎的。 房間佈置得温馨又乾淨，床鋪柔軟舒適，一躺下就能睡個好覺。暖氣超給力，在外面凍得瑟瑟發抖回到房間，瞬間就被温暖包圍。而且房間裏的窗户視野特別好，拉開窗簾就能看到外面美麗的雪景，簡直太愜意了。 早餐種類特別豐富，有粥 雞蛋 拌菜 燒麥 核桃包，滿足不同人的口味需求。食材新鮮，每一口都吃得超滿足，開啟活力滿滿的一天。 在雪鄉這家酒店的價格真的很良心。對比其他酒店，它的性價比超高，花同樣的錢能享受到更優質的服務和舒適的住宿環境，真的太值了！強烈推薦給大家，來雪鄉就選這家酒店，準沒錯！

這家酒店式牡丹江為數不多這個價位訂到滿意的酒店，服務人員熱情，被子無異味，很乾凈，周邊也特別方便，距離牡丹江繁華地段走路幾分鐘就可以，距離江邊也特別近，整體好評，特別是前台工作人員特別好

客觀的評價酒店。優點：酒店位置很好，基本上可以理解為市中心，綏芬河的市區的景點除國門（口岸）景區外，其餘景點都可以步行，前台及客房工作人員工作熱情，有事隨叫隨到，客房衞生打掃的很乾凈。缺點：傢俱陳舊，散發著一股難聞的氣味；沒有一次性拖鞋，衞生間沒有乾濕分離，而且空間狹小。更奇葩的是酒店電視竟然沒有一個國內電視台的節目，衹有幾個充斥着雪花、看不清畫面的俄語頻道，給出的解釋是酒店收不到國內頻道，難道我入住的不是中國酒店嗎？第一次碰到辦理入住手續時前台工作人員詢問完入住人數後按照客人實際入住人數在前台發放免費瓶裝水，再由客人帶進客房的奇葩事。兩台空間狹小、老舊的電梯，辦理入住手續後，放好行李下樓，電梯關上門後出現故障，電梯內漆黑一片，懸在七樓，幸虧關在電梯裏面衹有三個人，電梯內配置的電話如同虛設，根本沒有任何聲響，喊叫無人應答，又不能拍打電梯的門（必備常識），衹好用手機從攜程查酒店號碼打給酒店前台，經過將近二十分鐘，直到專業的電梯維修人員打開電梯門，才虛驚一場，給酒店打完電話之後，酒店工作人員倒是一直在電梯門外安撫。如果不是時間較晚，真想退房一走了之，綏芬河之旅被一個酒店搞的心情不爽。客觀的説，這個酒店真不值得推薦。
