Avis : Times Hotel Brunei

Needs more attention to their room cleanliness. Maintenance work in the rooms are very poor. Tap is leaking there is no place to keep the soap inside shower cubicle. All the rooms are in one floor but no directions to the rooms. Need to search all the doors to find our room.

our first choice hotel whenever we are in brunei. Room are big.

Try contacting hotel before arrival message, email and call to no avail, for airport pick. Easy walk from airport to hotel(15 mins), though it was midnight. Manage to check in without hick ups. What you pay is what you get (for 20 hr layover its great), breakfast is ok, staff friendly and accommodating. 3-4 malls around to spend time and walk around. Flexible airport drop off.

There's one of the best locations hotel in Brunei 🇧🇳, shopping mall ( times square) just located in the same building of the hotel as well. Furthermore, also connected to the other 2 shopping mall ( airport mall and city square as well.) breakfast quite nice and room service food also not bad. The Room was clean and spacious too. Will stay again this hotel. Thanks

Hotel was smelly , staff were not that friendly , pillow had stains and smelled really bad , floor was sticky had to wear my shoes inside

Very close to airport. On same property with a small mall, so it's very convenient to get food. Basic hotel but good enough for just a short stay.

Hotel is ok. Basic But the shower area condition is really bad. Pls scrub room 225 shower area. All the corners and sides are slippery with aglae. Other than that pretty ok stay. Right within the shopping area with eateries all around.

It is a hotel where I stayed for the last two years for business trip. Attached to the shopping mall which is very convenience. The hotel need to upgrade especially those furnitures, etc.
