Hotel Airport Crown- Near Saki Naka

When we booked the room, the rating was 5 out of 5 based on 25 ratings. Unfortunately, either the reviews are not real, or… They're fake. There's no other way to explain it. However, I will try to find the advantages. So, at the reception area, you are greeted by the smell of rotten air conditioning. Here we had to turn around and leave, but we were so tired after the trip, and the room was paid in advance, so we decided to go up. First, I'll tell you about the disadvantages. We were greeted by two cheerful and life-loving cockroaches, who were clearly not happy to see us. Maybe they were on their honeymoon. We didn't bother to find out. Furniture without handles, dirt on the walls, stuck pieces of dirt on the mirror. Sticky trash next to the bed. Terrible, literally dead bedding with lots of unstitched holes and stains. Of course, there's no question of cotton, just polyester with pellets all over the pillow and sheets. The towels are old, they smell bad, stale, with stains and holes. No slippers or napkins in the room, not to mention toilet paper (although this is the norm in India). I didn't even have anything to scrape the dead cockroaches off the wall with. The room cost almost 4,000 rupees. The surroundings of the hotel building itself are literally favelas. Rats are twice as fat as cats. Now about the positive side. The staff tried their best!!! We were checked in before 12 (almost the entire hotel was empty). They gave me 1 bottle of water (although there were two of us). They brought better bed linen and less smelly towels, and it was obvious that they were sorry that we were so disappointed. They constantly apologized and asked how they could help. The air conditioner worked well and the air in the room (without windows, like all their rooms) was quite tolerable. The mattresses were good! Even though we slept with the light on so that other cockroaches wouldn't come to their friends' funerals, we were able to get enough sleep without back pain. In the morning we were helped with our luggage and overall the staff was much better than the hotel itself. The water pressure in the shower was very good. There were 2 new bars of soap. Conclusion: if you are not afraid of cockroaches and are calm about the surrounding external dirt, or you want to train your psyche, in general, you can spend the night.

cockroach are coming in room, no ventilation for room , bed are broken, food is over priced and location is also in slum area
