Lovely Hotel with all facilities, great position with minimal traffic congestion and noise. The room was very clean and well laid out. The bed was very large and comfortable. I enjoyed the decor The staff were lovely and very responsive, I felt like a VIP, thank you Vivek D and the Manager. There was a huge range of food available for breakfast including a hot counter where you could order specials and a hot beverage counter for coffees, teas and chai. I especially loved that they are eco conscious.

The stay was nice and beautiful, and the staff was very kind and helpful. The entire hotel is very enjoyable and relaxing. Food was tasty, this is my second visit with my friend and she is also happy with the service that the hotel gives. Rooms give the aesthetic vibe that's good .

The stay was comfortable starting with the check in process to the entire stay. Stayed for one night but the staff was humble . Special thanks to Aron who was kind and humble enough to ask me about the stay. Keep up the good work . Good hospitality.

Excellent Hospitality at ibis Vikhroli mumbai, nice spread of Breakfast multiple options are in Indian and live counter, staff are so cooperative and ready to assist specially jabir, akansha & michael, we are staying always in this hotel for our comfort stay from our company will suggest for this hotel,

Garbage dumped outside the property. The balcony area is not clean. Room windows were not clean from outside. Room cleanliness is good. Service is also good.
