Small but practical room. First day no trash bin, it appeared nex morning without notice. No drinking glasses in the room. Water flows a bit problematic in the shower, but manageble. Breakfast not on the good quality level that was present in all Munich motel one:s before covid19. However I didn't die for hunger.

The reception staff is bad, specially the team that works in the mornings. They dont speak English, also they are not well trained. They refuse to check information and to help you with basic client needs.

This hotel is suitable for both business and budget travellers. The rooms are small, clean and functional but if you are looking for a romantic getaway you may want to go more upmarket and further into town. The hotel's main highlight is the rooftop bar, which is worth a visit for the view alone and well-frequented even during the week. We didn't book breakfast or eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food.

Munich as a city fabulous and friendly Arrived late evening after a long journey, checking was less than helpful, room very small but had the basics Only had breakfast once as very busy little choice and tables so close together ( bearing in mind you still had to wear masks on public transport ) No smiles from staff at breakfast Reception unable to offer much advice on places close to eat Positive note Rooftop bar and service excellent!

Stayed for 3 nights. The hotel was mostly clean and no problems. There were some dog hair in our room, but other than that the room was really clean. Bed was comfortable I quite enjoy the Bar on the roof, make sure you are there before 9 or there might not be a place to sit. The Mai this are great. Breakfast was also good, Standard fare, all Bio, the store bought Jogurt was exceptional. Going during the morning rush with a full hotel and you should expect them to be a bit behind with things at breakfast.

Wir waren im September auf Betriebsausflug in München und verbrachten 2 Nächte im Motel One. Das Hotel ist relativ groß, wurde sehr schön gestaltet und liegt außerhalb des Zentrums. Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr klein, deswegen auch ein Punkt Abzug. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung. Freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück, tolle Bar (vorallem tolle Aussicht) und generell alles schön gestaltet und sauber. Für eine Städtetour auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, weil man ja eh nicht so viel Zeit am Zimmer verbringt.

Das Hotel und das gesamte Team waren hervorragend. Besonders zu empfehlen ist die Bar auf dem Dach des Hauses. Sie bietet einen wunderbaren Ausblick über München Schwabing. Bei Sonnenschein und blauem Himmel mit einem sehr guten Wein draußen zu sitzen ist ein Erlebnis .

Alles top! Gute Lage, modern wie alle Motel One Häuser, grandiose Aussicht aus der Rooftop-Bar in der 12. Etage, unbedingt besuchen! Personal war sehr freundlich, alles sauber, allenfalls die Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage könnte man bemängeln, mit einem Touareg oder Ähnlichem könnte es sehr eng werden. Fazit: immer eine sehr gute Wahl, Preis-Leistung top!

Buon hotel in zona business, pulito e ben organizzato. Le stanze non sono enormi ma sono strutturate molto bene, il bagno è spazioso. La colazione a buffet è ottima, c'è molta varietà, anche per persone vegetariane e vegane. La hall è molto carina ed è possibile ordinare da bere o qualche snack. Il presso è molto onesto, la struttura non è in zona centrale ma se per lavoro o comodità la zona business fa al caso vostro è una delle soluzioni migliori.
