I would NOT recommend due to their customer service. I made my reservation a few weeks ahead of time on ***********. I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Unexpectedly I had to cancel 2 days before because there was a strike going on by the trade union at all 7 German airports and all flights were cancelled (including mine). I tried to rebook travel anywhere I could was unsuccessful since everything was shut down. Through ***********, I requested to have the cancellation fee waived (50% of the rate) because this was totally out of our control. Every time I called the front desk agent told me that a manager needed to approve the waived fee and one agent even told me that "it would get taken care of". After several requests, I was finally able to speak to a manager. She told me that it was *********** policy to charge the fee. I had spoken to *********** several times who told me it was up to the hotel to waive it. Even though I was told it would be handled and refunded since it was a unique scenario and out of our control, the managers never contacted me to return the fees. Because of this scenario, I DO NOT recommend this hotel and when I go to Munich I will not be booking here.
