Avis : Mercure München City Schwabing

La chambre est petite mais propre et bien rangée. L'emplacement est bon. Il y a de nombreux supermarchés, centres commerciaux et restaurants à proximité. C'est très pratique pour manger et faire du shopping. Il est également très proche du métro. C'est très pratique pour voyager. C'est un bon choix pour les voyages d'affaires.

Hôtel satisfaisant. Calme et propre. La circulation ne semble pas très pratique ! Mais c'est assez proche du quartier des affaires. Mais cela prend quelques étapes. Hôtel très économique. La réception est également très polie.

酒店坐落在波茨坦大街的主街上，按照導航指引，還是很容易找到的。酒店有地方停車庫，但是過道太窄，坡度很大，行駛要十分小心。酒店過道太窄，房間面積小，衞生還算可以。接待辦理入住的速度也可以。

房間有點小，勉強放下了兩個箱子。離地鐵站和english garten 都比較近，還不錯。

清潔で過ごしやすい部屋でした！ 無料のお水も用意されていて有り難かった

位置非常好！

Lit très confortable, literie et excellents oreillers parfaits après une longue journée de visites. La climatisation était parfaite et les équipements étaient adéquats (une meilleure sélection de café/thé dans la chambre serait géniale) La salle de bain était un peu petite (mais attendue). Un support plus grand pour ranger les affaires sous la douche serait très apprécié. Le ménage était fantastique. La réception de l'hôtel avait également conservé une de mes lettres (contenant des billets de concert) en toute sécurité, même si elle était arrivée une semaine complète avant mon arrivée. Merci à l'équipe de la réception. Un petit scrupule était que l'hôtel était en cours de rénovation externe et cela aurait été bien si les clients en étaient informés lors de la réservation. Si j'avais su, je n'aurais pas opté pour la vue sur la cour car elle était bloquée par des échafaudages.

Service fantastique dès le processus de réservation, où, en raison d'une demande supplémentaire, la directrice elle-même a pris très bien soin et a fait un effort supplémentaire ! On ne voit plus cela de nos jours. Personnel très sympathique et bien formé, belles nouvelles chambres avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin, grande télévision, accueil personnalisé avec un cadeau élégant, agréable douche à effet pluie et également un excellent bar et petit-déjeuner ! Tout cela pour un prix très abordable, je recommande sûrement cet hôtel à tout le monde ! MERCI

Modernized room, small but nice. Wet cell very small but everything worked nice, all new. Relatively large shower. Receptionists all very friendly, helpful. The only - really minor - flaw was: room was on ground level, facing the atrium court. Some construction was going on and workers sat down at 7:15 in the morning to smoke and eat there - and talk, which of course you could overhear every word. So you had to close the curtains and the window. Other than that: perfect choice for Schwabing.

The location of the hotel plus its proximity to many sightseeing places are very good. It’s value for money - clean, basic and comfortable. Mattress was firm and not springy or saggy. When we checked it at approx 12.30pm, we were delighted to note that we could check in since there is a room just cleaned and available. The front desk, Hans Evangelical (if I spelt his name correctly), deserves a mention as he was very helpful throughout our stay of 4 nights. Danke! There was a night when the shower gel was not refilled but it was brought up to the room immediately - good service. The only thing that didn’t meet the expectation were the pillows which, in my opinion, seriously need to be replaced.

The most important thing is location. Customer service is helpful. There is kettle for tea, etc. I was happy with my time in this hotel.Will use the hotel again

The staff was very kind and helpful and the room, although very small, was cleanand comfortable. However the underground parking garage is a nightmare! Almost impossible not to scrape the sides of a car when trying to negociate between concrete pillers designed for small cars. Also, nobody mentioned that the ENTIRE hotel was surrounded by scaffolding, (and I made our reservation 5 months in advance). Consequently, our view of the gardens consisted of a bunch of metal bars and workers hammering away early in the morning.

The srvice was good and all until i went into the room and connected to the wi fi the wi fi service was terrible i cant even do anything on my phone or ipad please fix this or i might have to put 1 star

Fantastic hotel, friendly and helpful staff, just a few subway stops from the center, supermarket across the street, very comfortable beds, my friend and I had a great stay and would happily return if we're ever in Munich again
