the idea that there is no one at the reception at night is not the best... especially when some cheerful Oktoberfest visitor tries to enter your room at 4 in the morning... and you have no one to call at the reception..... too bad

Great location. Close to the station and 10 minutes walk to the city centre. The single room was rather small, including the shower (little space to move!). No air-con unfortunately, but there was a fan that helped during this 4-night stay, as the temperatures were extremely high (30 plus during the day!). Breakfast was the best part of my stay. For € 12.50 you get a varied English breakfast. Lots of fruit and different fresh juices. The single room is quite expensive (a bit more €100 per night, without breakfast).

The location of hotel were perfect, near subway, shopping center. We did enjoyed quiet, comfortable and tidy stay here. The personal helped for us to take care of cargo and luggage as well as taxi. We were happy with choice of breakfast! It was brilliant.

Stayed here end of September. Our travel agency booked this hotel. I am rating this hotel average compared to the other hotels we stayed in around Germany throughout our trip. We were booked in a fairly standard room. Room is fairly small with the toilet in one tiny room and the shower in a different one. However it was very clean so that is always a big bonus for me. The pillows for this hotel (in our room at least) were awful so sleeping was not comfortable. It's about a 15 minute walk to Marienplatz from the hotel which we didn't mind at all. It's fairly close to the train station so we walked from there to hotel. There's a good German restaurant just right down from hotel I'd recommend. Breakfast food options at hotel were okay but not near as pentiful as other places we stayed. Lots of different cultural restaurants around hotel and I would highly recommend the Bab-al-Yemen restaurant that's around 0.2mi from hotel. There is construction going on next door but it didn't bother us.

Good-sized quiet rooms, good breakfast buffet, friendly reception staff and a location close to the Hauptbahnhof and Karlsplatz means it's ideally sited for a quick visit to Munich. Helpful hint: if coming by train from the south, get off at Munich Ost rather than the Hauptbahnhof and then take a S-Bahn to Karlsplatz, exiting through the Adolf-Kolping-Str exit in the south west part of the station complex - closer and avoids the bedlam in the main station.

Located on a quiet street only minutes from the Hauptbahnhof (Main Train Station), it is also within easy walking distance of the heart of Munich and the pedestrian area. The spotlessly clean rooms are very modern with an alpine feel with nice ambient lighting and wood features. Rooms have a mini fridge (which is great for your own beverages), a safe, wireless and wired fast internet and many TV channels. I have often stayed in Munich, but this was my first visit to this hotel but definitely the only hotel I plan to stay at on my futures visits. The top floors have carpeted hallways while the rest of the building has the original hardwood flooring (nice but a bit noisier). The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming and all speak perfect English. My only (small) criticism which is minor but an easy fix, is that there lacks an English news channel (the only English channel was Bloomberg) although BBC World & CNN International are listed in the guide, they are not subscribed to. But this is very minor!

Situato in una zona poco sicura e mal frequentata (anche la receptionist si è chiusa dentro alle 6 di sera) l'hotel è sopravvalutato. stanza ampia ma bagno minuscolo, molto rumorosa se affacciata sulla strada. Nota poisitiva: sala delle colazioni, pulita e ampia. Ulteriore nota negativa: il parcheggio convenzionato è lontano, sporchissimo e anche pericoloso.

Posizione ottimale per visitare la città, facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto e dalla stazione centrale. Camere pulite e confortevoli, leggermente piccolo il bagno. Staff cordiale anche se poco presente. Molto apprezzati i detergenti e la culla per il mio bimbo.

O hotel é uma graça. A localização pode ser uma questão. Explico: o hotel fica super perto da estação principal de trem, mas essa região é mais afastada do centro histórico e dos principais pontos turísticos. Chegamos num domingo, com tudo fechado e achamos a região meio deserta. Pra quem vai ficar em Munique, pode não ser a melhor escolha. No entanto, pra quem vai fazer mais de um bate-volta, compensa. O quarto é super espaçoso e confortável, mas há 2 pontos graves: a cama queen na verdade são duas de solteiro e elas sequer são unidas. Se vc se mexer muito, elas separam. Péssimo. Além disso, o banheiro só tem metade do box de vidro; é bonito, porém, a cada banho, fica tudo alagado. Não é legal. Por fim, vale destacar o café da manhã, super completo e com uma pegada mais saudável. Bem gostoso. Único hotel em que nos hospedamos na Europa recentemente e que tinha um frigobar. Pequeno, mas tinha. Recomendamos, com essas ressalvas.
