La chambre n'est pas spacieuse. Parking non disponible. Pas de chauffage pour l'eau chaude (boisson) dans la chambre. Le choix de la nourriture est très limité. Le prix de l'hôtel ne justifie pas les équipements. Au moins l'équipage a fourni un chargeur de téléphone, donc je leur donne 4 pour service.

Stayed here for about a week and I would say this Alabang hotel is low-key and adequately clean. There is a nearby 7-Eleven on the same street that is about a 5minute walk from the hotel. They have a somewhat nice restaurant in the hotel where the breakfast buffet is. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available and seems sufficient if you are on a business trip. If you have a taxi app installed on your phone, the Alabang Town Center is a few minutes away by taxi.

La chambre était confortable et propre. Très confortable et nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Ils nous ont également donné un goût et des saluers pour ma fête bday. Le check-in/out était rapide. Le personnel est ami et hébergé. Nous reviendrons certainement. Je recommande très fort cet hôtel.

L'hôtel est bien et l'emplacement est bon. Les serveurs parlent très bien anglais et communiquent très bien. Les serveurs de la conciergerie sont également très enthousiastes, aidant à porter les bagages à la réception, ouvrant la porte, etc., bravo !

La pression de l'eau dans la salle de douche est bonne et le climatiseur sort très bien. Il est à environ 2 km du centre de la ville sud de SM. La sécurité n'est pas mauvaise, car la zone environnante n'est pas une zone euphémique. Vous devez marcher à plus de 300 mètres de la rue. Il semble être un hôtel d'amour selon les normes coréennes.

Je reviendrai certainement dans cet hôtel, le personnel est arrangeant et nous apprécions notre séjour ici. L'endroit est très pratique à proximité de SM aura, BGC et du marché. La piscine est belle et ils disposent également d'une télévision intelligente avec un écran plus grand où vous pourrez profiter de votre journée de repos pour vous détendre.

The property is clean but lacks a lot of things which we found during our visit as under: 1. The lady all-in-one staff at the property lacks hospitality skills, she speaks to the guests as if they are doing a favor by giving a room to the guest for the tariff they are charging. 2. The property pictures look beautiful but the reality of the surroundings outside the property is sad. The property is good. The property is far from the city centre and transportation is a bit of a challenge. 3. We booked for a single standard but due to oversight we booked the room with a shared toilet upon reaching the property when we realized our mistake we were told that if we needed an attached toilet then we had to upgrade the room by paying additional Php.300 which we agreed but later we realized that the lower end room had TV but this upgraded room is without TV. 3. The property shows a ”Kitchenette: in all rooms and the pictures on the property listing also show cooking utensils, a kettle, and a microwave but we did not find the cooking utensils and we were told that cooking is not allowed in the rooms and we should not use the microwave oven also too much. refer picture. 4. There is no wardrobe in the room. A small clothes rack is provided which can accommodate only two towels weight and anything more than that will damage the rack itself. There is no luggage storage space as mentioned in the listing. 5. No towel hangers or any kind of racks or hooks in the bathroom for clothes and towels. Refer picture. 6. We were provided a pair of slippers of two different colors and different sizes, refer picture. 7. Listing says 24-hour check-in/out but we were told at the property that check-in/out is at 2 p.m. and left before 12 noon. 8. Last point is that the property is very far from the main city center and there is no proper food & beverage facility around the property at least for 5-6 km radius. I wish to inform the property management to take the above comments in a constructive manner and work on them and make changes to the listing and also look at improving upon the points and not take them otherwise and reply as they have done to many comments here in a very unprofessional manner. I have been a hotelier myself for the past 34 years and our first rule always was ” The guest is always right”. Si vous cherchez des options abordables, ils ont aussi des hébergements de chambre. L'une des meilleures choses sur mon séjour était les eau remplie au 7e étage, qui était vraiment pratique. Le personnel de Abraham Manila était étonnant, toujours prêt à aider avec tout ce que j'avais besoin. Il y avait beaucoup de restaurants et de bars à proximité pour explorer, ce qui permet de trouver facilement quelque chose de nouveau à essayer chaque nuit.

Ate at The Fields and we have a VIP with us. Staff (Rennie) was able to accomodate our demanding requests and was able to execute perfectly in conjunction with the menu taylorfitted to our taste. Chef's choice and the cooking was superb and our guest was also delighted with the food offering. Recommended dining choice for business purposes.
