Je paie le reste du compte qui est dû en espèces et je suis informé que le dépôt qu'ils détiennent sur ma carte à l'inscription sera retourné sur mon compte dans les 48 heures. Quatre jours plus tard et le reste n'est pas encore retourné sur mon compte. La gestion de cet établissement est une affaire depuis le check-in et ce qui était censé être une vacance relaxante est devenue une question après la question.

Le centre de Myrtle est situé sur la plage de Grand, à quelques pas de la plage de Myrtle. Le ménage est un établissement de première qualité, qui est situé dans le 5ème étage, où vous êtes en état de séjour. La raison pour laquelle je dis de monter plus haut est qu'il y a un club de nuit qui joue du bas lourd chaque nuit jusqu'à 2 heures, et vous pouvez le sentir malgré les murs sur mon étage. Le seul autre inconvénient est que je reste 10 jours, ils ne nettoient votre chambre qu'une fois, la midi. Même après avoir demandé de nouvelles serviettes et serviettes, ils ont dit que le service de la mairie est parti, et n'est pas possible. Ils ont offert de déposer des feuilles et serviettes. Je pense que c'est la différence entre rester à une vraie Hilton vs une part de temps, et ils vous font pression pour prendre une « tour 2 heures ». Le pros est en poids les cons, donc dans l'ensemble il est un grand endroit pour rester. La plage est étonnante comme la plupart de la plage de Myrtle est. Si vous voulez la paix et le calme, allez au nord de la plage de Myrtle. Si vous voulez un accès proche à la scène de la fête et des magasins, etc, c'est là.

Nous n'avons pas utilisé la piscine pour notre visite mais nous avons été magnifiques et amuserait les enfants. Je resterai ici encore ou recommanderais à d'autres pour le prix.

Stayed here two nights April the 13th to the 15th ...was really looking forward to getting away for a midweek weekend..upon check-in was informed that because of our gold status with Marriott, that we couldn't use the club lounge because we were Only gold but found out later on that the club lounge wasn't even open... strike one.... First night went well had a decent night's sleep second night concierge called us at 9:00 in the morning after staying out late because it is Myrtle Beach after all..... Told them we weren't interested 9:15 they called back Again, told them again we were not interested ,we are trying to sleep, 9:30 got a four alarm banging on our door from housekeeping even though we had the privacy sign on our door, pretty much ruined our second night sleep.... addressed all these issues with Gavin the front desk manager he said he would give us a sizable discount because of our inconvenience and he was very apologetic..... We never received the Sizable discount.... Tried to call Gavin back numerous times he never returned our call... Even talked to a Miss Kaylee at the front desk and she said those early morning calls were standard practice with Marriott and we told her we have stayed at over 100 Marriotts and nobody's ever called us that early in the morning even at Walt Disney world..... was finally able to get into touch with general manager Miss Suzanne, after numerous phone calls, who told us there was nothing she Would do for our inconvenience.....Oh well..... outside of all this hotel is a good three to four blocks away from the beach definitely not oceanfront we had an far away, ocean view room which was nice , acceptable ,and comfortable .Gym was nice ,nice small indoor pool... they do charge $8 for parking regardless of your status with Marriott.... They have a nice lounge and very good late night restaurant..... Would really have loved to give this hotel a higher rating, but in the long run Very disappointed about nothing being done about our basic loss of a second night's sleep..... And also being told by the general manager that there was nothing she Would do for Us !

Nous sommes restés à Hampton depuis plus de 12 ans et nous avons toujours aimé. Cette année il y avait trop de problèmes à ignorer. L'enregistrement était très lent, nous attendions près d'une heure pour être vérifié, ce qui n'a jamais été le cas avant. Les ascenseurs ont besoin d'une maintenance. Il semble qu'il y a beaucoup de sable dans la voie de la porte et pas sûr si elles étaient nettoyées pendant que nous étions là. La chambre que nous avons finalement été belle, bien que le canapé devait être nettoyé et la chambre pourrait être mise à jour. Le petit déjeuner était bon, le repas habituel Hampton. Ils ont 2 zones pour servir le petit déjeuner car il s'agit d'un grand hôtel, mais seulement une zone était ouverte, donc le petit déjeuner était très occupé. Les employés du petit déjeuner ont fait un grand travail de garder le dessus. La piscine n'a pas été nettoyée le premier jour où nous étions là, ce qui était lundi, vous pouvez imaginer combien de sable y était après un week-end occupé. La zone de douche, quand vous êtes sortie de la plage, n'a pas été nettoyée pendant 4 jours, donc vous laver les pieds hors de la plage n'a pas été bonne. Les pistes de marche sont surpassées par les plantes des dunes de sable et semblent être en désarroi. Mais probablement la chose la plus perturbante était la situation du chien. Nous pensons vraiment que Hilton a fait une grosse erreur permettant aux chiens sur toutes leurs propriétés. Cette propriété n'est pas conçue pour les chiens pour faire leur ”affaires”. Les seuls endroits gras confortables sont à droite par les piscines et je veux dire très proche. Le ménage est un établissement de l'hôtel, où il est très facile de se déplacer. Le site de Myrtle Beach est un hôtel de première classe. Nous ne sommes pas sûrs de leur donner une autre chance, ce qui est triste parce que nous aimé vraiment cet hôtel!

Le personnel était le 5 sur 5 composants. Chaque personne était chaleureuse, bienvenue et utile. Ils m'ont accueilli en tant que membre de l'Élite et ont assuré que tout ce que j'avais besoin était hébergé. Ce qui a besoin d'aide ici sont les logements physiques eux-mêmes. Il n'est pas le plus beau Fairfield que j'ai jamais séjourné. Il est un peu plus vieux et daté et vous pouvez le dire qu'il a besoin d'un peu d'amour. Notre zone de baignade dans la salle de bains a l'odeur de moulin et de moulin. La chambre était propre et antiquate par rapport à la vieille (je reste à l'autre Fairfield dans la ville, et elle est beaucoup plus récente et mise à jour). La femme qui gère le petit déjeuner, elle était étonnante! Ils ont peut-être besoin de plus de personnel à la main, ce qui est probablement une chose Marriott. Je pense qu'ils faisaient probablement d'autres choses qui les ont pris, mais ça m'a juste fait un peu fatigué que personne ne pouvait entrer de la rue et personne ne les empêcherait. Pas mon élément préféré. Merci pour votre séjour et votre bonté!

This is a busy resort situated right on the beach with sweeping uninterrupted ocean views. The resort is busy with people coming and going all the time so it is noisy and the walls are very thin. Trust me you can hear everything! Our 1 bedroom unit was perfect for 2. The location at the southern end of the Boardwalk means that you can walk everywhere and there are numerous restaurants right at your door. The kitchen could do with a few more items, including wine glasses. The bed was comfy and the bathroom clean, however there is nowhere to put your soap and toiletries in the shower. The decor is very spartan but the views make up for it. The resort also has many heated pools so this is a year round destination and is wonderful for couples and families.

C'était notre première visite à Myrtle Beach en octobre 8-11, avec deux enfants âgés de 3 et 8 ans, nous avons fait des semaines de recherche avant de choisir ce centre-ville. * Vous trouverez toujours des commentaires effrayants et négatifs pour les lieux, mais je vous promets que The Breakers ne se décevra pas! (Sauf si vous ne pouvez pas vous plaire!)** Nous avons séjourné dans le bâtiment du Paradis au 20ème étage. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et calme. La pression de l'eau dans la douche était grande! La cuisine avait tout ce qu'on avait besoin pour cuisiner et manger. Les employés de ce village travaillent dur pour la garder propre et sûr. Le restaurant est un hôtel de qualité, où vous pouvez vous rendre à l'hôtel. Il serait bon d'avoir un Starbucks sur la rue, car nos enfants et d'autres familles étaient intéressés par l'utilisation de cette amenité. Le service de navette était excellent et le conducteur était conscient et amiable. Nous avons été pris à l'aéroport et nous avons pu planifier des voyages vers les attractions locales.

Je pense que c'est la différence entre rester à une vraie Hilton vs une part de temps, et ils vous font pression pour prendre une « tour 2 heures ». Le pros est en poids les cons, donc dans l'ensemble il est un grand endroit pour rester. La plage est étonnante comme la plupart de la plage de Myrtle est. Si vous voulez la paix et le calme, allez au nord de la plage de Myrtle. Si vous voulez un accès proche à la scène de la fête et des magasins, etc, c'est là.

Stayed here two nights April the 13th to the 15th ...was really looking forward to getting away for a midweek weekend..upon check-in was informed that because of our gold status with Marriott, that we couldn't use the club lounge because we were Only gold but found out later on that the club lounge wasn't even open... strike one.... First night went well had a decent night's sleep second night concierge called us at 9:00 in the morning after staying out late because it is Myrtle Beach after all..... Told them we weren't interested 9:15 they called back Again, told them again we were not interested ,we are trying to sleep, 9:30 got a four alarm banging on our door from housekeeping even though we had the privacy sign on our door, pretty much ruined our second night sleep.... addressed all these issues with Gavin the front desk manager he said he would give us a sizable discount because of our inconvenience and he was very apologetic..... We never received the Sizable discount.... Tried to call Gavin back numerous times he never returned our call... Even talked to a Miss Kaylee at the front desk and she said those early morning calls were standard practice with Marriott and we told her we have stayed at over 100 Marriotts and nobody's ever called us that early in the morning even at Walt Disney world..... was finally able to get into touch with general manager Miss Suzanne, after numerous phone calls, who told us there was nothing she Would do for our inconvenience.....Oh well..... outside of all this hotel is a good three to four blocks away from the beach definitely not oceanfront we had an far away, ocean view room which was nice , acceptable ,and comfortable .Gym was nice ,nice small indoor pool... they do charge $8 for parking regardless of your status with Marriott.... They have a nice lounge and very good late night restaurant..... Would really have loved to give this hotel a higher rating, but in the long run Very disappointed about nothing being done about our basic loss of a second night's sleep..... And also being told by the general manager that there was nothing she Would do for Us !

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn! The hotel is centrally located for lots of activities including golf, dinners at Market Common, exploring Murrells Inlet and Brookgreen Gardens. It's less than an hour to Pawleys Inlet and Georgetown SC as well. And of course, Myrtle Beach itself is on your doorstep. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. Check-in was a breeze. All the hotel amenities were explained to us in detail. Everyone we encountered at the hotel were friendly and knowledgeable. We especially enjoyed our interactions with Julian, our breakfast server. The lobby is beautiful - very bright and light, with plenty of seating throughout. The free coffee in the morning is a definite plus. We had a package that included a great hot breakfast to order, but we would have had no hesitation purchasing it separately as the prices were reasonable and the food plentiful. There is also a convenient market area with snacks, beverages, etc. including beer and wine. Our King bedroom was huge and spotlessly clean. Everything was in great working condition such as the TV, mini fridge, and bathroom. The mattress was particularly comfortable! On Day 3, we asked Housekeeping to refresh our towels, empty trash (although we subsequently noticed that there were large recycling and trash cans conveniently located by the ice machine) and they arrived quickly. The room was quiet, with good quality blackout shades, that provided a great environment for a good night's sleep. We would have no hesitation staying here again! Thanks to the Hilton Garden Inn team for a wonderful stay.

La première nuit, Trip.com a pu avoir déménagé la réservation, mais la deuxième nuit, quelqu'un nommé Charisse in Guest Relations a dit Trip.com qu'ils n'ont pas pu changer la date en raison de leur politique. Eh bien, puisque c'était juste fait le jour précédent, je sais que ce n'est pas vrai. Je suis donc sorti 265 $ et je dois encore voler à Myrtle Beach le matin pour les affaires. Merci pour rien, Staybridge.

Nous n'avons été ici que quelques heures, mais je suis déjà EXPÉRITÉ par le service clientèle qui est fourni par les membres du personnel du MB Hilton Resort, en particulier Kimberly, Jimmy et Jeanine. Kimberly et Jeanine ont été très utiles pour répondre à des questions sur nos préoccupations concernant l'allergie alimentaire sévère de notre enfant plus âgé et comment faire des réservations pour le dîner. Ils ont également fait en sorte que nous soyons pleinement conscients des limites que les membres du diamant peuvent tirer avantage de ces difficultés. Jimmy a également été très utile pour obtenir nos bagages et nos appareils de plage dans la chambre, en plus de fournir une vue sur la propriété Hilton Resort et aussi entretenir nos deux enfants qui étaient EXCELANT excités à obtenir notre chambre. Grâce à ces trois pour un début incroyable de nos vacances courtes - nous apprécions votre temps et votre aide!!

Le petit déjeuner buffet est bon avec des options de rotation quotidiennes, et si vous avez beaucoup de places, il peut être difficile de trouver un table. Le restaurant Starbucks est un restaurant très confortable et très confortable. La chambre et le service étaient à temps et la nourriture était bonne ! Il y a des distributeurs de serviettes à la piscine - donc vous n'avez même pas besoin de porter des serviettes!

- [ ] Nous avons quitté le Westgate Myrtle Beach Ocean Front Resort il y a quelques heures. Réservations # 16242421 & 16242422. Nous sommes propriétaires d'une part de temps de Westgate et nous devons dire que nous sommes extrêmement déçus par cette localisation Myrtle Beach. Comme l'a dit un autre commentaire, le personnel est impuissant, l'hôtel est agréable et ils vous chargeront des choses après que vous quittez ce qui n'a pas de sens. Nous avons eu deux chambres sous mon nom et les deux étaient dans des bâtiments différents - ce qui est annoyant, nous avons été deux familles avec des jeunes enfants qui voulaient être ensemble. L'une des chambres était super sale avec fromage dans le congélateur et les cheveux dans la salle de bain (pics joints pour référence). Nous avons appris à plusieurs personnes (concierge, gestionnaire de maison, récepteur, SMS, etc.) et nous n'avons pas été vraiment dérangés que nous avions la chambre complètement nettoyée parce que cela n'a pas été fait après la sortie de l'invité précédente. Sinon, veuillez noter qu'ils ne nettoient pas les chambres pendant votre séjour en raison de Covid (au moins c'est le message officiel mais je suppose que la raison réelle est qu'ils sont peu équipés) et quand je demande aux services de nettoyage de le faire moi-même, Ils n'ont apporté qu'un brouillard de taille d'un jouet de nettoyage Melissa & Dug - pas même une brouillard de taille réelle et un panier de poussières. Alors, soyez prêts à nettoyer avec elle le sable ou d'autres pendant votre séjour, quelle que soit la durée de votre visite. Nous avons aussi apporté un chien et payé une redevance pour l'animal. Nous avons demandé une explication et nous avons été dits qu'ils supposaient que l'animal était dans les deux chambres, donc ils ont facturé les deux - même quand le chien n'a jamais quitté notre chambre, sauf pour ses promenades régulières en dehors du complexe de l'hôtel. Je vais donc attendre le remboursement de la deuxième commission qui, sans autorisation, a été perçue sur nos cartes de crédit. Donc, pour récupérer: ils ne font pas de nettoyage profond entre les invités, ils ne nettoient pas du tout pendant votre visite, ne proposent pas de nettoyage, si vous demandez de nettoyage ils vous apportent un brouillard qui semble d'un ensemble de jouets, le personnel est rude, Ils chargeront des choses qui ne sont pas raisonnables, et c'est coûteux comme tout autre hôtel dans la région. Nous avons payé presque $4k pour les deux chambres pour 5 soirs. Donc, faites un favori et réservez ailleurs. Nous l'avons fait ici parce que nous pensais que nous avions une expérience similaire à celle que nous avons eue dans les autres Westgate Resorts, mais ce n'était pas le cas. Alors, il ne vaut pas la peine de l'investissement. Merci.

This is a busy resort situated right on the beach with sweeping uninterrupted ocean views. The resort is busy with people coming and going all the time so it is noisy and the walls are very thin. Trust me you can hear everything! Our 1 bedroom unit was perfect for 2. The location at the southern end of the Boardwalk means that you can walk everywhere and there are numerous restaurants right at your door. The kitchen could do with a few more items, including wine glasses. The bed was comfy and the bathroom clean, however there is nowhere to put your soap and toiletries in the shower. The decor is very spartan but the views make up for it. The resort also has many heated pools so this is a year round destination and is wonderful for couples and families.

Nous sommes restés à Hampton depuis plus de 12 ans et nous avons toujours aimé. Cette année il y avait trop de problèmes à ignorer. L'enregistrement était très lent, nous attendions près d'une heure pour être vérifié, ce qui n'a jamais été le cas avant. Les ascenseurs ont besoin d'une maintenance. Il semble qu'il y a beaucoup de sable dans la voie de la porte et pas sûr si elles étaient nettoyées pendant que nous étions là. La chambre que nous avons finalement été belle, bien que le canapé devait être nettoyé et la chambre pourrait être mise à jour. Le petit déjeuner était bon, le repas habituel Hampton. Ils ont 2 zones pour servir le petit déjeuner car il s'agit d'un grand hôtel, mais seulement une zone était ouverte, donc le petit déjeuner était très occupé. Les employés du petit déjeuner ont fait un grand travail de garder le dessus. La piscine n'a pas été nettoyée le premier jour où nous étions là, ce qui était lundi, vous pouvez imaginer combien de sable y était après un week-end occupé. La zone de douche, quand vous êtes sortie de la plage, n'a pas été nettoyée pendant 4 jours, donc vous laver les pieds hors de la plage n'a pas été bonne. Les pistes de marche sont surpassées par les plantes des dunes de sable et semblent être en désarroi. Mais probablement la chose la plus perturbante était la situation du chien. Nous pensons vraiment que Hilton a fait une grosse erreur permettant aux chiens sur toutes leurs propriétés. Cette propriété n'est pas conçue pour les chiens pour faire leur ”affaires”. Les seuls endroits gras confortables sont à droite par les piscines et je veux dire très proche. Le ménage est un établissement de l'hôtel, où il est très facile de se déplacer. Le site de Myrtle Beach est un hôtel de première classe. Nous ne sommes pas sûrs de leur donner une autre chance, ce qui est triste parce que nous aimé vraiment cet hôtel!

Amazing family resort right on the ocean! Had an awesome time. Thank You. Friendly and professional staff from front of house to back of house. Received a warm welcome from Ty'Janae and La'Toyua at the front desk. Big smiles and great sense of humor. Shaniya made sure that we had everything to make our stay amazing. My children enjoyed collecting sea shells and swimming in the surf right out front. Then jumping in the heated pools and hitting the game room. Rooms are very clean and comfy and have a kitchen for preparing snacks. We saw Pelicans and Dolphins playing in the ocean. Sunrise every morning from the balcony. A nice gym to work off all that BBQ. Great restaurants in house and out. Close to all the attractions and parks. Definitely go to Magnolia's for delicious BBQ buffet. Big thanks to Maria and all the house keepers and the gentlemen that keeps the pools warm and crystal clean. Our family had so much fun. Thank You ! We will be back !
