Mythical Coast Wellness Retreat

24-26 Ocak 2025 tarihlerinde 2 gün Mythical otelinden oda tuttuk. Ben, eşim, 15 ve 5 yaşlarında iki kızımla birlikte gittik. Bu oteli tercih etmemizin asıl nedeni kapalı havuzu ve termal havuzu olmasıydı. Çünkü bu otel merkezden çok uzaktı. Ayrıca ailemiz için tek oda tutmamıza izin vermiyordu. Bu nedenle 2 oda tutmak zorunda kaldım. Her şeye rağmen sadece ve sadece çocuklarım kapalı ve termal havuzda yüzebilsin diye bu otelde iki oda tuttum. Otele gittiğimizde, otelde çift kişilik yatak yerine iki adet tek kişilik yatak vardı. Ayrıca yan tarafta da açılır tek kişilik bir yatak vardı. Aile için çift kişilik yatak bulunmaması tuhafımıza gitti. Bu oda bizim gibi bir aile için küçük çocuğumuz yanımızda uyuduğu için yeterliydi. Ancak internetteki siteler sadece bir odayı tutmamıza izin vermemişti. Otelde kaldığımız iki gün boyunca havuz arızalı olduğu için yani su yeteri kadar ısınmadığı için çocuklarım havuzda yüzemedi. Termal havuzda su benim bildiğim çok sıcak olur. Sonuçta termal havuzdan birkaç defa faydalanmışlığımız var. Ancak bu otelde termal su olmadığı kanaatindeyim. Böyle bir termal su ve havuz görmedim. Çocuklarımın bütün hayalleri yıkıldı. Buna bir baba olarak çok üzüldüm ve bunun tek sebebi bu otel. Verdiğim paranın tek kuruşunu bile hak etmiyorlar. Havuz için şehir merkezine uzak bu oteli tuttuğum için kiraladığım araç için daha fazla yakıt gideri ödemek zorunda kaldım ve şehir merkezinde yeterince gezemedik. Ödediğim fazladan oda ücreti de cabası. Otelde iki gece futbol takımı ağırladıkları için sabah kahvaltısı bazı misafirlere yeterli gelmedi ve mağdur oldular. Ayrıca park yerleri araç park etmek için çok uygun değil ve misafir çokluğu yaratan futbol takımı için gelen misafirler nedeniyle bir gece park sıkıntısı yaşadım. Yukarıda park yeri olduğuna ilişkin tabela göremedim. Varsa bilgilendirilmek isterim. Sözün özü bu otel beni mağdur etmiş olup ödediğim parayı hak etmemiştir. Saygılar sunarım.

We visited Mythical Coast with my husband for a relaxing three night stay. It was the second time in this hotel! Huge progress! The staff of the hotel this time was fantastic and very helpful. From the moment you arrive in the hotel, you enter in a complete different atmosphere which is calm and relaxing. The SPA facilities were fantastic as always and the gym was good enough for a small morning training. The room was perfect and clean with excellent service available. Breakfast was very good.Great place for a special visit!!

This hotel has amazing facilities and it is luxurious and elegant. They thaught every detail, the beds are very comfortable, the air conditioning doesn’t make any noise. The food is equally important. You can feel that it is really good for you and at the same time so delicious! Top quality ingredients! Furthermore, the hotel is surrounded by a wonderful team of passionate personnel, who are simply love what they do and I strongly believe that makes the difference. Well trained and smiling! The spa area is a gem, fantastic, the treatments were excellent! We will come back on June!

Beautiful setting with rooms that are simple, natural and elegant. The spa is excellent with professional personel. We enjoyed our dinner in the restaurant. The gym is well appointed, great technogym machines. Minutes from the city center. Wifi connectivity was good in the room, but excellent in common areas. Will 100% definitely be staying here again...and again...and again.

Beautiful location and resort but if the staff and experience is not aligned it’s a tragic disappointment. NO service you have to fend for yourself. They scammed us into believing that the superior room was bigger than our friends room. Hers was building C right behind us we. She had the EXACT same room. Paid €60 less than we did. She had ocean view and we had olive tree view?? Their excuse is ours is closer to reception?? Reception treated us like we were second class citizens. Asked to speak to manager , went no where and had no manager to speak to us. Shuttle service make rules up differently than correspondence . Quite a shame we were so looking forward to the experience and potential wedding venue for my son.
