El Faro Resort and Spa Hotel

Generally very badly managed hotel. Hotel is completely inconsistent with 5 stars it's positioned. We've booked room in "deluxe" new building: - Terrible quality of finishing works - Dirty and wet room with awful smell. There is a signs of the flood on the floors - Insects in room - Paper cups and construction fasteners attached. Construction works are in progress on the territory. You will enjoy the noise and dust during your rest. Pool area with noisy music, half of waterslides is not working. There is no 1st line and sea beach. You will find there only dirty sand. Breakfast is from 9 till 10:30, sounds not so flexible. Quality of food (we've tried lunch) is very average. Forget about WiFi in the entire resort. It's not working in rooms, not working at reception, not working at restaurant. We've decided to leave after 1h of staying there, and asked reception to return at least a part of 2 prepaid days amount. They refused. Absolutely clueless and unhelpful receptionists.

I recently stayed at El Faro, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable.Good service, delicious food, affordable prices and comfortable rooms

Ужасный отель, ужасный персонал, ужасная еда, НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!!! Ресепшн ужасный, недоброжелательный. Горничная на вопрос когда поменяете постельное белье говорит вы дома каждый день меняете белье. Для того, чтобы получить гигиенические принадлежности надо бегать по всему отелю и искатьт персонал, далее при въезде кондиционер не работал, пульт от телевизора не работал бассейн закрывается в 6 часов вечера. Одним словом подумайте 100 раз прежде чем бронировать этот отель!!

Каждый год летаем в Азербайджан отдыхать,бываем в Губе,Шахдаге,Сумгаите и тут решили попробовать и Набран,поехали в этот отель ,к сожалению не прочитав отзывы (((Это просто ужас какой то,стены облезлые,кругом грибок,запах сырости,а еда это вообще отдельная история,попробовать решила сладости,они были на столько старые,что их сложно прокусить(((И это все за 12 тысяч в сутки на минуточку,вообщем отель максимум на 3ку,мы не смогли там остаться и уехали через час и деньги конечно не вернули
