La chambre était spacieuse et le lit était grand, j'ai donc pu dormir confortablement.

I enjoyed stay in here. The room is spacious, amenities all complete, provided at the front desk and take what's you need. Location, in front of the Nagano station, after east exit, and 7/11 just next to it. 1 thing make me not give the perfect score, the room have some unpleasant odour that I couldn't remove. I turn on the humidifier, spray air refreshner but still it won't disappear. Except for that, everything is good

The hotel is just opposite Nagano station, next to 7/11. Very convenient place and easy to access to many restaurant.. We stay 2 nights while we went to Tateyama Alpine.. must try Soba express near Nagano station. Cheap n good.

Very near to Nagano JR station. Easy to locate. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Convenience store is just next door and get your daily stuff along the way. And just 4 mins walk to the main shopping centre Midori.

Well located adjacent to the train station and easy to access the city's major tourist area. Standard and comfortable for travelers based in Nagano city and access surrounding towns. No aircon but have a centralised heating system for the cold season, guess it is not hot as in the high altitude mountain area.

Nice hotel close to Nagano station, friendly staff, clean room. Just the wifi was slow and there's no fan in the bathroom. But overall would stay again. I accidentally booked a smoking room instead of a non-smoking one, so I was a bit worried. However, when I got to the hotel, they were fully booked for non-smoking rooms. To my surprise, the smoking room wasn't bad at all! I could barely smell any smoke inside. The floor had a slight smoky scent, but honestly, it didn't bother me. The room was very clean, even by Japanese standards, and had everything I needed. The room was actually a bit bigger than other similar business hotels I've stayed in. The location was perfect, right across from Nagano station. And I got a great deal! If I can find the same rate again, I'd definitely stay here.

Great location, right next to the Nagano station. Super helpful staff! They spoke English and stored our luggage for us after check-out since we wanted to see the Snow Monkey Park before leaving Nagano.

Great hotel, located very close to the Nagano station. The location is perfect for those doing day trips from Nagano. The room was super clean and cosy and had a lot of spaces.
