Avis : Royal Hotel

Hôtel très bien placé , chambre propre personnel sympathique mais il n'y avait pas de wifi dans la chambre.

Cet hôtel est économique et l'emplacement est correct. Il faut environ 5 minutes à pied pour rejoindre l'hôtel, même si c'est un peu fatiguant. un petit hôtel, c'est très hygiénique. Le petit déjeuner est correct et on peut manger suffisamment, le serveur est très sérieux et le service est bon. A recommander

L'hôtel est situé sur une colline à environ 8 minutes de la gare. Soyez prudent car la carte vous donnera des indications erronées. Les installations de l'hôtel sont très anciennes, mais la portion est un petit repas. sortir pour manger de la rue. Cet hôtel a vraiment une atmosphère nostalgique.

Un hôtel d'affaires assez ancien. Le nettoyage général était bon et le lit semi-double était confortable, mais j'ai été déçu de trouver un seul cheveu sur la serviette de bain dans la salle de bain. J'avais aussi un petit-déjeuner, mais c'était comme un petit-déjeuner dans un café à l'ancienne, et je n'étais pas satisfait parce que je voulais prendre un petit-déjeuner, donc ça aurait été bien s'ils m'avaient donné le choix entre du riz ou du pain. Je réfléchirai à mon prochain séjour.

J'ai apprécié le petit déjeuner. L'hôtel est un peu vieillot mais le personnel était sympathique.

Do not book this place. Stay away! The whole place smells like smoke. Wifi is only available on the first floor. The place is old, which is ok, but badly in need of refurbishment. Our room was extremely hot - it was a hot, humid day in Nagasaki, and our air conditioner barely worked. I went down to the front desk and told the person on duty the room was hot and the air conditioner was barely functioning. He came up and waved his arms in the area adjacent to the air conditioner. I told him this was not acceptable and asked if he had another room. He opened a door to another room, and it smelled like a smoking area must (we are non-smokers) at a train station. I said "smoking room," and shook my head, and he understood and walked out. I said via Google translate, "Please give us a refund, and we will find another place to stay." He refused. I asked via Google if he at least had a fan, and he gave us the Itty bitty fan pictured. The woman who served us a very spartan breakfast was very cordial - food either Texas toast or rolls, egg with ketchup, cabbage salad. yogurt, 2 small sausages, with drink options of apple juice, water, tea, coffee, or milk. In the hall near my room, there was carpet covering an almost volleyball sized hole in the floor. I tripped on this in my sandals, and my wife showed me the hole - you could push down with your foot and there was nothing there. I took a picture, not sure if you can see this. Under normal circumstances, I would protest the charges on my credit card. I'm not sure how to do this on Trip.com. I won't say this is the worst Hotel in the world, but it might be the worst in Japan

This is an old hotel located a liitle up slope and few blocks away from the train station. The television in the room even has a dyscryptor on it. The decoration in the hotel is unique with old style fashion. I would say I've got a good experience of living in such historical hotel.

酒店🏨離長崎站和長崎巴士站都不遠，有一點兒坡路，步行能到眼鏡橋（略遠）。性價比高。

臨時訂的，感覺洗澡熱水太燙。。。

環境が良く静か、駅からの位置も良く利便性良い。ホテルの皆様、優しく、丁寧でした。朝食も美味しく頂きました。カステラ巻きが付いていて、長崎感ありました。長崎で、泊まるなら、次もここにします。

立地がとても良く便利だったので、再度宿泊しました。建物や設備は古いですが、スタッフの方の対応は丁寧で価格も安く、1人で泊まる分には十分です。また利用させていただきます。
