The place is good recommended for travelers without car. but the parking is not easy to locate and the map for parking is not helpful we made a big mistake and struggle to find the location of the parking and because of the rain and we missed look the parking. The parking around the corner at so shocking place we parked is so expensive really shocked we paid 33000 for 18hours for the parking

First time staying at Mitsui Garden and it was one of our nicest stay in Nagoya. We had the Superior room with queen size bed for four nights on the 24 floor with breakfast. The room was spacious, enough for a big suitcase and two cabin.Very clean and modern interior and 5 minutes from Nagoya station with all the major shops and restaurants. The hotel had onsen for the guests. The breakfast buffé was fresh with both western and japanese dishes. You were also able to choose a main course from their breakfast menue. The staff at the front desk made us feel welcomed both check in and check out went smoothly. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to rebook our earlier hotel reservation to Mitsui Garden for our last night in Japan. Relaxed, clean and modern hotel.

Walking distance to train station. Room is clean and well maintained. There is an onsen in the hotel which is great.

Stayed at Mitsui Garden Hotel Nagoya Premier and had a great experience. The public bath was a highlight — beautifully designed with a relaxing hot bath, refreshing cold bath, and a proper sauna room. Perfect after a long day of exploring. The room was stylish and comfortable, and the hotel is in a convenient location near Nagoya Station. Highly recommend for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Good location! Nice decoration and good smell at lobby! Only they don’t have scale at lobby area unless u ask , they will take scale for u to weight your suitcase

My room has a nice view as it’s on high floor. Nice ambience. Good breakfast and can order special dish, though only one type of coffee.

The hotel’s location is convenient. It has an underpass to JR Nagoya and nearby malls. You can find many food and shopping options in the vicinity. I specifically requested for a room with good view. Luckily, the hotel gave me a room on the top floor and the view was magnificent (tried to take a photograph during sunset). The room was too small to my liking. For a room of three, there was barely space to unfold our luggage. I recommend getting a bigger room.

Very convenient location and close to main train station! highly recommended for family with kids

Super comfortable with nice views. Great location walkable to Nagoya station too. There is a onsen area open to hotel guests and it’s really nice to go for a quick soak after a long day! Downside I would say its the toilet design. The sink keeps dripping water down because the bath is too near.
