Had a wonderful time in Nagoya and we stayed at the Nagoya Jr Gate Tower Hotel. Location was perfect. And we enjoyed the buffet breakfast served at their restaurant, called the Gatehouse. Checkout was seamless. We would have enjoyed our stay more if we were allowed to check in much earlier. We arrived at the hotel at 2pm but check in time was still at 3pm. We were being charged a very expensive rate if we want to check in early even if I explained that my wife is a PWD and she needs to rest. Anyway, thank you Klook and to the staff of the hotel.

Staff at reception are very good English speaking and they can answer all our questions very professional. Breakfast reataurant has a very nice view to Nagoya city center.

Just above Nagoya Station. Very convenient! Clean and tidy. Breakfast buffet is very good! And worth every penny! Very recommended to everyone who comes to Nagoya🙂

The hotel is located in an excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the Nagoya JR station and local sub-way station. The bus terminal which runs to the nearby cities and towns is also in the same area.
The hotel reception is located on the 15 floor. It is quite easy to find as there are directional signs to guide visitors arriving at the train station /sub-way.
The room itself is typical Japanese size, not too large but comfortable enough.
Breakfast is Ok but not a lot of varieties, mainly Japanese and Western style.
There are many restaurants located on the 12 and 13 floors, at the same building and the nearby station building.

The hotel is very new, and with rooms large for Japanese standards. It’s service and location are both hard to criticise. In fact, it’s the second time that I’m staff here. Located right above the Nagoya JR station, it’s practically 5 mins away from everything you need. The view of the Nagoya skyline is amazing. The staff were also friendly and helpful.
Besides,the brunch seemed like a good value for money, so we tried it without expecting much at first. However, we were blown away by not only the food, which only used the freshest ingredients, but also the view and the decor. Simple, yet playful and elegant at the same time, cudos to the architect. We will return again!

Great Location, easy to find. Lobby at Level 15 and room overlook the train station. Room is clean with big bathtub.
