A unique property with character inside & out. Former owner loved building things. Stone/concrete were his favorite medium. We have embraced the charm & have tried to highlight some of his work. Completely remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. New flooring and fixtures and bathroom. WIFI, Air conditioning, heating, basic television provided in smart TV, there is a sun room, Partially new decking. Full kitchen. Carport with dinning table & chairs. Eco friendly linens provided (turkish cotton towels & bamboo pillow & matress protectors) Blackout curtains in most rooms for a good night sleep. Located near the Nags Head Pier, the YMCA, two parks and an abundance of shopping & restaurants. The beach is within walking distance but there are also 2 beach accesses a short distance away, one even has a public bath house.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.
