Spacious new construction built in 2017 available to rent. This 3 bedroom home has beautiful views of the ocean and is steps away from both public and private beaches. It features an open concept first floor equipped with state-of-the art kitchen appliances and a fully stocked kitchen. Breakfast bar and dining area with breath taking views of the sunrises and sunsets. The first floor also includes; living room with a gas fire place, one full bathroom with a walk in shower and one bedroom. A walk out to a serene garden backyard including a patio area with a gas grill and picnic table, perfect to enjoy a dinner outside on a warm summers night. The second floor includes; two bedrooms, a full bathroom with jacuzzi bath and large living area perfect for game nights. Also a large deck overlooking the ocean. This home can be enjoyed by family, friends or a relaxing getaway for couples. Wonderful host - amazing property!
Oasis by the sea in Nahant is such an appropriate name. The home was expertly and tastefully decorated and the small town of Nahant was charming. We enjoyed our stay so much and really appreciated the thoughtfulness and accomodations from the host when our flights were delayed and we arrived late. This is a wonderful property in an amazing location!

Wonderful marathon respite
We were in Boston for the marathon and really enjoyed our stay at Lorraine’s beautiful home! It was a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of downtown for us and accommodated us all beautifully.

Wonderful stay!
We had a great trip. Lorraine’s house is beautiful. The area is close to everything (but far enough away from the noise). Couldn’t have asked for a better trip. We hope to stay here again! Thanks Lorraine!

The place was immaculate, well-stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. Loved the upstairs deck with view of ocean.

Everything was very nice. Unfortunately we didn’t have any hot water for 2 days so that made for a rough start for a couple of days. Beautiful house and the owner thought of everything. The views from this house were amazing.

Great Location
Stayed for 4 nights and used this lovely home as a base for touring Boston. The ocean sounds at night were sublime! The house was very comfortable and better than advertised! Great communication with owners. 10 stars!!! The house was very well equipped - plenty of linens, supplies, updated kitchen, bathrooms. Easy walks to scenic points on Nahant.
