Meilleurs hôtels 5 étoiles à Nairobi

Realmente solo fueron 5 horas de estancia, entre que el vuelo a Nairobi llegó de madrugada con algo de retraso y esa mañana tenía un vuelo a Samburu. El traslado desde el aeropuerto lo concerté con el propio hotel por no complicarme en exceso y me costó 25$. De noche y sin tráfico, como 20 minutos para llegar o quizás algo menos. El hotel se supone que es de 5*, aunque entiendo que será por los servicios que tenga, porque realmente alguna estrella me pareció que se le había caído o quizás me pareció algo anticuado. Tiene bastantes habitaciones. La habitación que yo había reservado a través de Central de Reservas era una individual superior con desayuno incluido, por 80€. Era bastante amplia, con moqueta, aire acondicionado, mesa de escritorio, un sillón, TV de pantalla plana, botella de agua gratuita, conjunto para preparar café y té, caja de seguridad, minibar, armario grande, clavijas eléctricas para conectores europeos. El cuarto de baño, también amplio, tenía ducha y bañera, champú, gel, pañuelos de papel, secador de pelo, etc... Respecto al desayuno, era de 6 a 10:30, de tipo buffet, aunque los camareros iban sirviendo lo que se pedía. Me pareció flojo para un hotel de esa categoría, aunque quizás al ir justo cuando abrió no estaba todavía completo. También había wifi gratuita en el hotel. En resumen, el hotel bien aunque apenas si pude aprovecharlo un poco en condiciones.

Overall it was ok. Pros, good location, the staff are friendly and the room is decent. Cons, the reception is inefficient and check in takes longer than it should. It’s like we are first customer that has ever checked in. Lots of confusion. My ac did not work. I had to call 3 times to reception before someone turned up. They said the ac does not work here. Did not bother to check anything because it seem normal for the ac not to work. I told him it’s very hot in this room and I can’t sleep. Also ac is basic especially if you are calling yourself a 5 star hotel. He shrugged and said I can get you a fan. Got very little sleep and I think they don’t service the ac to save on electricity. It’s a poor attitude from the management especially for a “5 Star” hotel. It’s more like a 3 star. Better places to go for the same price. Will not return.

J'ai eu un agréable séjour à crowne plaza airport.c'était juste un jour, mais je dois dire que c'était bon,Le restaurantkitchen 9 buffet est bon,le personnel est agréable et Judy était trop aimable,la piscine sur le toit qui est incroyable et ils avaient un salon pour nous avec des collations et stationnaire en cas vous souhaitez travailler.mu plat préféré est le poulet Briani qui a été porté à ma chambre par une très belle dame phanice,elle sourit beaucoup m'a dit de tous les beaux endroits que j'ai pu visiter à Nairobi,elle a été trop gentil de m'éclairer sur la façon dont je pourrais facilement obtenir des rabais sur mon séjour dans l'hôtel et la prochaine fois que je viens je vais abonnez-vous à l'hôtel de l'adhésion.j'ai séjourné dans des hôtels autour de l'aéroport, mais ce n'était certainement de mon mieux.

Booked 3 club rooms for 3 separate nights during a multi-stop tour through Kenya. The Stanley and the 1902 lounge were one of the highlights of our trip and we would definitely stay here again and specifically book the club rooms. First of all, the staff were incredible - Emilie, Collins, Benson (1902 lounge butlers), Steve (concierge) and Susan (management) deserve special recognition. They all went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. The 1902 lounge is well worth the upgrade. Soft drinks and snacks during the day, and an incredible happy hour daily from 6-8 with hard drinks and hors d'oeuvres. And if your flight is later the day of checkout, you can use the lounge throughout the day. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. We tried all 3 restaurants during our stay - The Thorn Tree cafe provides an excellent breakfast and is good for lunch. Both the Thai Chi and Pool Deck restaurants were excellent dinner choices. If you are heading on Safari or to Mombasa you can leave the luggage you don't need with the concierge, taking only the things you need for that part of the trip. This makes traveling so much easier. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious and well-appointed. As we returned to the Stanley from one of the legs of our trip, we all remarked that it felt like we were ”coming home”. Would highly recommend.

Sans la sensibilisation au service de l'hôtel cinq étoiles, j'ai clairement indiqué que la chambre prévue pour la deuxième nuit était plus élevée que la première nuit et que l'argent coûtait des centaines de dollars, pour ne pas dire que les deux chambres sont identiques. Depuis le même, pourquoi les deux types de chambres et deux niveaux de prix ? Je ne choisirai pas cette marque la prochaine fois, c'est dommage.

Ce superbe hôtel de Nairobi est géré par des employés très sympathiques et efficace. Que ce soit à l’accueil du lobby, au restaurant ou au bar, tout le monde est très gentil et serviable. Le déjeuner buffet est succulent. Nous avons été manger au restaurant italien Lucca. Classique et bon! Cet hôtel comprends une piscine, un spa, un bar, un cigar lounge ainsi qu’un business center.

I had such a great experience at Mövenpick Nairobi, we were severed by Joram. Hw had great customer services and recommended a great choice of wine. The food was also really good. We were at the view restaurant and from the coming in at the reception to having us sit at the table was amazing. Would highly recommend.

C'est un hôtel dans le centre de Nairobi.. Victoire dans un bon emplacement .. La décoration est très récente et moderne.. Le service est assez complet.. Le thé de l'après-midi est très délicieux.. Les voyages d'affaires sont préférés.. Le petit déjeuner est relativement simple.. a un goût général.. Quoi qu'il en soit, mangez-le à l'étranger et mangez-le.. Je ne peux pas vivre dans un lit d'appoint.. Pas très adapté pour emmener des enfants.. rien à jouer.. Il y a un parking.. besoin de contrôle de sécurité..

The staff in this beautiful hotel is friendly, welcoming and helpful. The ambience is very tropical- relaxed and casual. The walls are adorned with African textiles, traditional implements, weapons etc. Rooms are luxurious and all the public areas are comfortable and tastefully presented. There is a large pool, excellent gym (I’m told), and the massages are well worth it. A jewel in a large busy city

L' hôtel est bon mais le personnel est excellent , de la réception au personnel de dîner ils étaient très bienvenus ❤️, je vais certainement retourner
