The hotel is conveniently located next to Central Mall which is great as you get access to restaurants and other amenities without having to go too far. Location wise it's somewhere near the city centre so getting around Korat is pretty easy too.

I was in Nakhon Ratchasima visiting friends when my visa was set to expire. I went to the immigration office and was told that the requirents for extending hai visa in this province were very strict and depended on establishing residence or housing while on extension. The immigration office recommended that I check into a hotel or go into Bangkok and file for the extension there. I checked into the Imperial Hotel. EM, the Front Desk Manager, who speaks excellent English very patiently worked with the Immigration office and completed the requisite forms. Upon return to the Immigration office, they called her three times to verify my occupancy at the hotel. EM very professionaly represented me during this stresful time and I was ultimately awarded the extension to my visa one day prior to the Songkran holiday when the offices would be closed beyond my visa expiration date. Em is a very professional and experienced Accomodation manager who deserves recognition for her role in helping me meet the Immigration requirements. She is an asset to the Imperial hotel. I will recommend this hotel to my friends based on the way that Em managed my situation.

Il a été très bien placé pour vous aider à trouver un établissement de qualité. Il a pris une chambre ”VIP” qui était en fait comme un studio : 2 chambres spacieuses, y compris cuisine (fourneau halogénée + micro-ondes), grand réfrigérateur, 2 air-conditions. La chambre est très confortable, la chambre est très confortable et la chambre est très confortable.

ALLEMAGNE Nous sommes allés spontanément à Nakhon Ratchasima pour visiter un restaurant sur lequel j'avais déjà écrit un avis – le Chez Andy Swiss Restaurant & Steak House. Comme nous n'avons pas voulu chaud, nous avons décidé de rester une nuit et donc de nous tourner vers un hôtel agréable. Ainsi nous avons rencontré l'AISANA, ce qui a une évaluation assez bonne sur Google Maps. Mais c'était décisif, que la possibilité de faire un peu de soleil dans la piscine –, soit le jour de l'arrivée et aussi le jour de la sortie (avec un check-out tardif) –, c'était au moins le plan. L'Asiana est un peu caché dans une rue adjacente, il dispose d'un grand parking à l'entrée. Vous entrez dans un beau lobby et vous recevez bien à la réception et dans le meilleur anglais. Le personnel était très aimable et utile. L'hôtel était réservé à environ 40% et nous avons reçu une bonne condition pour notre séjour – inclus petit déjeuner. Ce que personne ne nous a dit quand nous avons payé à l'avance, c'est que des travaux de construction massives ont eu lieu simultanément, avec beaucoup de bruit de construction, dans plusieurs endroits de l'hôtel. Ce qui a touché principalement la piscine –, ce qui a empêché un coucher sur le pollueur, donc nous aurions dû aller à un autre hôtel, on aurait dit ouvertement. Dans notre chambre, nous avons également pris des bruits de construction clairs (de 08:00 – 17:00) – Il n'y avait pas de coins éloignés dans lesquels nous n'avions rien reçu. On aurait souhaité plus d'honnêteté de l'hôtel – et si le prix avait déjà été nettement inférieur dans de telles circonstances –, on a fait preuve d'un service à l'or. On aurait pu nous loger à la même occasion à Grand Aisana pour compenser cela, alors l'examen aurait certainement été différent. Dans notre chambre, les deux lits roulés ou roulés autour – qui devraient toujours être fixes, sinon un hôte se fera mal. La douche n'est pas très bien sortie et la baignoire est rapidement placée sous l'eau, et nous n'avions d'abord qu'une demi-roule de papier à l'intérieur de la chambre. Sur demande, il a été constaté que cela avait été prévu et on vient d'envoyer un nouveau pour obtenir...😊 Ailleurs, la chambre était standard. Nous avons été positifs à l'emplacement agréable, à la fermeture silencieuse de la cloison – la bonne lave-vaisselle...ce qui est sûrement le meilleur que j'ai vu jusqu'à présent en Thaïlande, l'odeur magnifique de douche et de shampooing ainsi que la remarquable L'hôtel était très propre et bien construit et il y a, à côté du petit café MUAN, le restaurant KAOPOON qui est dès 22 heures. Nous n'avons donc pris que notre petit déjeuner au restaurant. Malheureusement, la sélection ici était très petite – le café était mince et n'a pas vraiment goûté, un cappuccino est en Asiana

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff are friendly and the facilities are clean. The room is spacious and includes a bath, shower and balcony. You can ask for a mii box if you want to watch Netflix etc. They have three restaurants to choose from. On the 19th floor you will find a well equipped gym, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and swimming pool. The swimming pool is a decent size albeit the water a little cold. There are plenty of places to sit by the pool. The breakfast has a good range of food on offer and tastes good.

The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, food joints, and 7-11 that you can grab foods and drinks. The location is near the city centre, the train station, and the M6 Motorway that you can go to Khao Yai, northern and southern Isan provinces, Cambodia, and Laos. The room allows 3 people to stay in this twin bed room. The amenities are ready for disposal. The service, however, you need to rely on LINE when requesting a wifi and inquiries from; their response is swift, nevertheless.

Minimal design hotel, small facility, very clean room and the bed is comfy.
