Magic Rock Tours was excellent from the start. I was looking for a short weekend getaway from UB and was happy to have found Magic Rock. They were quick to reply to my questions via whatsapp, and arranged a car pick up and itinerary promptly. The manager at the time kindly informed me that they had a large group celebrating their high school reunion and warned it could get a bit noisy. I didn't mind and appreciated them letting me know right at the start of my booking. The resort itself was clean, well kept and surrounded by lovely hills. The staff were all very friendly and made sure I was well looked after. For example out of the blue, the manager asked if I wanted to see a horse festival as his family was going to watch it and they had room for 1 in the car. I replied yes and the show was fantastic.. almost like being on a Chinggis Khan movie set! As expected, food and accommodation was simple and clean, and the hospitality was warm and homely. Very good value. Lovely place.
