Basotel Hotel is the best hotel in Rajgir with a rooftop restaurant. The rooms here are also very good and the service here is very good. I stayed here with my friends and we all enjoyed a lot. banquet hall here is very good. Rajgir is a very good hotel.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Hotel maintenance and service levels are very poor. The hotel manager is never available to complain or handle customer complaints even over the phone. Junior staff at the front desk most of the time don't understand or express helplessness. When pressurized, F& B manager Mr. Lallan pitched in to handle our complaints with the room and managed to change the room. However, even in that maintenance was poor and there was no hot water in the bathroom. Both days, we had to get hot water in buckets and finish our bath. It felt like we were staying in some small hotel near the bus stand / railway station. Added to this hotel had a wedding ceremony with DJ music in the night which went on all through the night ( till 5 am next morning) disturbing the sleep of the other hotel guests. The only PLUS point of this hotel was their restaurant section where their F & B manager, Mr. Lallan gave personal attention and ensured we had good food. In fact, he even arranged to get us specially prepared Litti-choka on the second day. Thank you Mr. Lallan for excellent Litti-choka.

No amenities provide by hotel power switch board is not working. TV, WiFi and other amenities also not work. He is faurd only charge extra price. Manager and Reception not respond properly. Water Heater is not working. Hotel room is not clean. Service is very low rate. Restaurants and other also very bad condition. He not provide any basic amenities. I will not suggest anyone book this hotel . This is very worst hotel

It was wonderful experience at hotel bodhi Retreat By Basotel i enjoyed my stay comfortably room was cleaned well furnished with amenities food was awesome excellent service specially Mix grilled was delicious. This is best hotel in Rajgir, Nalanda. And I also enjoyed rajgirs first rooftop restaurant "Terrace Grill".

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The staff were exceptional—always friendly, welcoming, and eager to assist with any requests. Their attention to detail made the experience feel personal and special.
