I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for the service and care I received at Nala Hotel Namakkal from 16th March 2022 to 11 April 2022 All hotel staffs and the Hotel General Manager Mr.Alroy Assey have shown their kindhearted hospitality during my stay. The room which we were staying was very clean, spacious and having felt like homely accomodated atmosphere. Breakfast- is a damp squib. There is idli, vada,pongal, dosa, poori and the usual Indian breakfast including live counter for omelette . Apple and banana , melon, saathukudi. etc was served. They are excellent southIndian breakfast and partly north Indian breakfast too. Nala hotel concierge, was able to coordinate our medical needs which was a real bonus for our vacation. They also arranged for our daily requirements which we thoroughly enjoyed. Staying in Nala Hotel Namakkal actually enhanced our vacation experience. Every staff member with whom we came in contact was attentive and kind including the training students in housekeeping and for room service. We have already decided to return to Nala Hotel Namakkal for our next vacation, which will be in August 2022. We had a wonderful three weeks vacation, and I have recommended Nala Hotel Namakkal to all of my colleagues, friends, and family. Thank you again for such an outstanding service. Notre séjour à Sri as-win grand était très agréable. Les chambres sont très propres et bien gardées. Il n'y avait pas une spéculation de poussière même à l'intérieur des draps et des couvercles! L'hôtel est proche du temple narasimha et anjaneya. Juste à pied. Le personnel est ami et aidez-vous à faire vos demandes. Il n'y a pas de restaurant, mais ils organisent des plats très délicieux de près d'un restaurant. Il y a également un parking ample disponible.

Hotel is in good location. Staff were friendly. One negative in room 2006, bathroom needs repair. Flush button was broken and bath glass wall was removed so water gets sprayed to the toilet area while you bath. Valet parking is missing. Overall service was good.

DDream13792453445The hotel location is nearer to most points. Looks like a new property or its been maintained really well. Staff is courteous and amicable. We get hot water all through the day and wifi works very well. TV had ample channels to watch. Family room is of good size for a family of 4 or 5 people. Just a few things. When we entered the room there was a bit of foul smell. Normally it happens in most hill stations sure to dampness. Food Choices were less and complimentary breakfast had very less items. Even eggs are charged in breakfast. Though its called as resort, there is no ample common area to have a campfire or other activities. There's a small swimming pool however. It's a good decent hotel, but not a resort.
