來南昌旅行，選了靠近贛江的格雷斯酒店，前台服務員熱情，當晚入住時由於太晚房型幫忙升級了，房間寬敞，還有茶具可以泡茶，早上的早餐種類豐富，靠近窗邊的江景也很美麗。樓下有便利店和咖啡館，入住體驗很好。

房間很乾凈，因為我定的是江景房，所以窗外的景色極美。但是，有些小細節，需要提高，比如，酒店地下車庫和酒店外都在施工，而且七點半就在施工，那麼客人在入住時，可以提醒一下客人，您選擇的房間這邊因為施工會影響您的休息，您介意嗎？如果客人選擇不介意，就不會投訴你們，如果客人介意，那就給他換個房間就可以了呀！還有大家選擇你們酒店就是因為可以地走去博物館，客人問的時候，應該是:您出門四百米就到，但是博物館是東門入門，所以您應該……而不是，簡單一句——出門直行四百米，結果十多個人都從西門上樓，然後下樓才繞到了東門👣

這次第二天住，因為行李多覺得麻煩不想換酒店，加上晚上睡的的確可以就續住，換了個大床房，前台態度挺好的，給了新房的房卡讓我直接在同樓層搬行李，也方便
但是當時，第一天入住的時候，右手背上就開始起紅色的小疹子，如圖，我一開始以為是上一家酒店的衞生問題，特意等到在你們那退房後，在新的酒店住了2天才來評價，就是你們的問題，為啥呢，因為第一天入住，先是右手背左邊起紅疹，接着是右邊小面積紅疹，當晚緊急買了複方銅康磋來塗，第二天沒好轉，並且左手背也開始起紅疹，退房後到了新酒店，塗了1次，睡了一晚起來立馬就好了，説明你們的浴巾還是擦手巾的衞生不過關，圖片在新酒店拍的，右手已經消退大部分，左手還有一點

酒店位置很好👍可以看到贛江，江景房，新區，去大家都愛去的江西博物館很近，有一些吃飯的地方，比較便利，窗户隔音還不錯，但是遇到隔壁比較吵的情況，就會不太隔音了，但這也不能規責於酒店，酒店服務態度還不錯👍

房間在江邊樓上可以看到水。停車場有點亂，要看指示牌，瞎開找不到車位，同一個地方有兩個酒店，整個環境有點像迷宮，暈頭轉向。其他方面還可以。

房間住得很舒適，洗漱台是乾濕分離的，前台小姐姐服務也很好，退房也有送礦泉水，酒店環境很不錯，早餐品種也比較多，早餐廳的風景也很好。
