JULY prend soin de vous tous ces jours-ci, c'est vraiment un problème pour la trouver, pour aider à résoudre. La réception, la sécurité, l'hall sont tous très enthousiastes et les invités sont à la maison. Le petit déjeuner est très riche, les petits dîners de la soupe de lapin sont tous, il y a de la soupe de lapin, et c'est inattendu. Le paquet est très bon après-midi. L'hygiène est très bonne et l'hôtel est très convivial. La prochaine fois, je dois rester ici.

L'hôtel de cette séjour m'a impressionné profondément. De la réservation à la sortie, le processus est très long. Le récepteur de la réception est enthousiaste et amiable et gère rapidement les procédures de séjour. La chambre est élégante et le lit est confortable, ce qui me donne un bon sommeil. Les chambres sont propres et propres, l'eau chaude est suffisante. Le petit-déjeuner offert par l'hôtel est riche et abondant.

This is my second stay at the Primus and I believe there will be another in my near future. I love stay-cations as a way to unwind and rest from work. This particular trip was for my birthday and the staff was so kind to help us celebrate. From the decorations to the pool to the huge tub (I love baths!) and yummy breakfast. It was just the celebration I was looking for. So thankful they are just a Didi away! They even decorated my friend’s room too! The locker rooms have a steam room but it’s not constantly on. You have to ask them to turn it on and it takes awhile to heat up so, if you know you want to use it let the staff know well ahead of time. You can get massages but I have a regular place I love in the city that isn’t as pricey so I just go there. Sometimes breakfast is amazing and sometimes it’s ok…depends on what’s available I think. The best part! A miracle! I locked my passport and wallet in the room safe. Something I rarely do. Well, 3 days later I received a call from the front desk telling me they found my belongs in the room. I hadn’t even realized! Smh…I was so grateful. I ran over immediately and was given everything (after a few questions to make sure it was really me ). Nothing was missing! I’m still in shock and awe. Thanks again to the man at the front desk with excellent English and a kind demeanor who helped with my wallet. Really everyone was wonderful and it really makes a difference. I tell everyone to stay there and it’s because of the great service. Thanks Primus! I’m sure I’ll be back before work starts up again in February 2023. 新年快乐🎉🎆

Beautiful and spacious hotel. Good staff. There is a bathtub ,a balcony,a spacious and soft bed in the room. The breakfast is so-so(the taste of sausages,even eggs,pastry). there were always problems with the coffee machine and coffee itself was not good. Nearby there is a gym and a swimming pool,but you need ur own swimming hat and a swimming suit if you want to swim there. Spa might be closed so you’d better ask in advance. There js a Chinese restaurant where you can have dinner on the first floor. We liked the fried dumplings there.

Très bonne option, l'hôtel est très haut, le service est très satisfaisant, la prochaine fois, vous resterez ici, le service de la réception est très intime, la chambre à côté du lac est très belle

挺叫人驚喜的酒店!地理位置不錯,算八一廣場附近,斜對面就是地鐵站,出行很便利.就是目前門口正在修路,所以的士沒法開到正門口,建議可以開到後門,也很方便.或者乾脆下車走幾步,也就20米的樣子.我們是晚上近11點到酒店的,前台入住手續辦得很快很利索,並且非常貼心地為我們升了房,2張2米的大床,這可把兒子開心壞了.一個人睡一張碩大的床,他自己講都可以360度旋轉亂翻,隨他怎麼折騰.來到房間,又一次驚呆了,房間非常非常大,空間很寬敞,視覺上舒心極了.洗手間裏不光有淋浴還有大浴缸,又把孩子激動壞了.乾濕分離且超級明亮寬敞的洗手間.洗手枱佈局合理,還有方便化粧用的鏡子.晚上沒有噪音,挺安靜的,我們連續住了兩晚,滿意極了!
