Le pire était que la chambre n'était pas nettoyée correctement, le lit n'était pas fait, il y avait une grande flaque d'eau derrière le lavabo et les sachets de thé n'étaient pas distribués tous les jours. La bonde du lavabo fuyait et n'était pas réparée. Le plus gros problème était que lorsque j'ai réservé une autre chambre pour ma fille, la réception m'a indiqué que le petit-déjeuner n'était pas inclus. Elle a donc commandé des plats à emporter le premier matin et n'a découvert que le deuxième matin que c'était inclus. Au moment de notre départ, nous avons de nouveau soulevé la question du non-service du premier petit-déjeuner, et le serveur de la réception a payé 20 ¥ de sa poche pour dédommager ma fille. Ce n'est pas une question d'argent, c'est une question de principe. Le chauffe-eau instantané de la chambre peut atteindre 37 °C, et on ne peut pas utiliser l'eau du robinet, seulement de l'eau en bouteille, ce qui n'est pas très écologique.
