Thanks for very welcoming and helpful staff, including the two lobby manager, both named Eric. Bellboys Basil and Charlie , for their travel suggestions and tips.  While the hotel facilities are a bit old, surprisingly trip.com information showed it was only opened in 2018. And items like bedsheet/pillowcase quality, and room cleanliness can be further improved.

五星酒店的服務真的非常棒，非常在線，很在意客人的入住體驗，很認真負責的解決客人在入住期間遇到的問題，就算遇到了問題，萬豪的服務已經征服了我再次去入住的慾望，給經理ELLAN點贊！！環境好，服務好！離地鐵🚇一號線距離也不遠，交通方便！早餐粉絲湯非常好吃，很推薦！！孩子喜歡牛肉麪，有機會一定要去入住並品嚐自助早餐！坐在靠窗邊的位置，看着外面下雨🌧️，吃着好吃的早餐，愜意極了！！

這次入住南京景楓萬豪太滿意了！提前約的“浴”見繁花主題超驚艷，浴缸鋪滿新鮮花瓣，檸檬和泡泡，放鬆舒適。 必須誇誇Jenny，服務很到位客房舒適、早餐好吃，整體服務温暖又專業，下次來南京還選這裏！

為賓客主任jenny點贊，她的禮貌和形象代表了萬豪管理的重要性。入住後及時瞭解賓客的需求。我們出遊帶着孩子需要學習，萬豪整體風格偏向温馨，光線對於孩子學習欠缺亮度，Jenny立即安排了枱燈，加濕氣。也聽從我們的建議。前台工作人員也是非常客氣有禮貌。 位置：很好，酒店對面有幾個大商場，有一個大公園。地鐵口在商場旁邊 配套：泳池很乾凈，關閉時間11點，非常舒適。 充電莊：有配套 早餐：非常多選擇，很美味 衞生：達萬豪標準。設計風格新穎，很乾凈
