我是廣東特意來南京跑仙湖馬拉松的，平時訂房很便宜，跑馬拉松前一晚更漲價5倍。房間價格你情我願其實可以理解。主要是風塵僕僕從廣東趕到店裡衹是問多幾句話就被趕走。我們是電話溝通的:第一句:“老闆，我跑完馬拉松終點距離店比較遠回來大約12點，想遲點退房。”老闆娘拒絕説:“不行，你必須12點前回來退房，每個人都像你這樣想佔便宜我房間還要租給別人。”（説話挺刻薄）然後我接話:“老闆娘，那麼延遲退房1個小時多少錢啊？我1點鐘走。”老闆娘:“最低20一個小時，不行，你12點前必須把鑰匙還給前台，你遲了，還要搞衞生了，下一個住户怎麼辦！”（我給錢延遲退房也不願意給我多一個小時）我接話:“那麼星期一晚上我這個房間有人訂了嗎？”（我用意是想多續租一晚，那麼我就不用那麼辛苦趕回來了）老闆娘脾氣開始火爆了:“這麼多問題，你走！每個人都像你這樣佔便宜我房間要做生意！你現在就走！不租給你！”然後我就忍不住罵回去:“你態度怎麼這麼差？就因為明天跑馬拉松（房源緊張），我訂好了房間，今天你就想趕我走？我多問幾句有問題嗎？”老闆娘接話:“我不租給你，你給我走！”然後我就掛了她電話繼續上樓，沒多久，她就在**網上發了這個要我取消訂單訊息。如果不是因為距離馬拉松起點1.6公里，比較近，誰會選擇她家？後來我在平台裏續多2晚，去棲霞山玩，她進我房間毛巾收走了什麼都不給我。我退房的時候，在電梯碰到一個陌生阿婆問我是不是退房，要求我給她鑰匙，我堅持要歸還前台，那個阿婆從在電梯裏想搶我鑰匙，然後我不給我説:“我不認識你，鑰匙是我從前台拿到的，必須還回去才行，你不能搶。”她一直在電梯裏用聽不明白的話罵我，我去到前台還了回去，她還罵，我出了店，她還站在店門口指着我罵。

大家不要被騙了，這裏所以房間都沒有向外開的窗户，都是開在走廊裏，弄兩個價格出來純粹混淆視聽，就是騙人錢的，有窗也是沒窗，
前台態度差得要死，就跟別人欠她錢一樣，
浴室小得要命，房間裏走三步就是床，啥也沒有，衞生根本沒人打掃，垃圾桶裏麪的垃圾還是我們自己丟的，
誰要還住這裏，就是傻
