Special thanks to Kerryn for his kind support! Thanks to him, my family had a wonderful time at the hotel as foreign visitors.
There are beautiful and comfortable outdoor hot springs, as well as a great western restaurant on the 7th floor where you can enjoy with the sunset. I hope to visit again!

This hotel was fabulous. We chose it for its architectural design and the hot springs. It did not disappoint. The room was beautiful with cliff views, the staff were very service minded. I had the WeChat contact of Ivy who made sure our stay was easy even though we do not speak Chinese. The food at the Western restaurant was also delicious. It was a perfect romantic weekend.

Beautiful property surrounded by attractions for families and kids. We traveled as a big family and booked three rooms. My husband loved it so much that we extended our stay for one night.
Pros:
-New and luxurious facilities.
-Top service. Everyone seemed loved their job and good at what they were doing. The front desk, Ms Ivy Chu particularly, coordinated our stay with a great manner of professionalism. The fellow who cleaned our room noticed my daughter crying over a lollipop and comforted her by offering some snacks. I greatly appreciated the hospitality.
- SPA is top notch and a must try.
Cons:
- Depends on your taste. The place is away from the city center and was really quiet at night. I almost felt a bit scary, but my husband loved it.
- Not many choices of restaurants within and nearby the property. The restaurants were unreasonably expensive. However, the breakfast buffet was a highlight, huge selection of food and all delicious.

Brilliant stay. Lovely hot springs. The surroundings of the hotel were great - parks, mini trains, cable car, botanical gardens. Ivy at reception was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to help us.

The whole experience of this hotel is truly fantastic, Im impressed by how they even have a personal manager (mine was Mary, and she was truly exceptional in helping me with navigating around the resort and in general my stay in this hotel)

Amazing hotel. Spent two perfect days there, only thing to complain about is that the Coke was 48 kuai in the lobby bar. Otherwise perfect.

The resort has 11 indoor and outdoor hot spring pools in capacious spaces. The pool water flows from Tangshan geothermal wellsprings, one of the top four hot springs in China. Tangshan wellsprings are the only one in China that have gained water quality certification from both Europe and Japan.
