The hotel location was close to Xinjiekou and between 2 Metro stations.
Joyce helped us check in and was very helpful during our stay and tried to make our stay as pleasant as can be. She even helped move us to a room with a street view as our original room faced another building.
Some improvements can be made by the hotel management:
1. Lobby can be made more attractive. It's outdated and not really welcoming.
2. The food display had barely anything displayed. There was even a plant that needed watering.
3. I found the coffee machine needing some TLC and the water dispenser nearby.
4. The chef can be more pleasant.
5. The space outside the hotel can be cleaned up, the planter boxes are in disarray and even have withered plants. Even the chairs and tables outside can do some TLC.
6. The cleaning lady accidentally took our small pillow even on the first day she properly placed it on the bed after fixing our bed. The good thing is that the bedsheets were still waiting to be picked up, and they were able to recover the pillow.
If it were not for the warmth of the rest of the hotel staff, it would be hard to recommend staying here. I hope Hyatt Management does more to take care of the hotel property because your staff can only do so much.
We booked this hotel because of the high rating, and we were disappointed, to say the least.

Excellent stay in downtown Nanjing. Can't go wrong with this hotel!
Great service and facilities. Room is equipped with smart toilet and Nespresso machine. Laundry area & gym at the topmost floor. Free drinks and snacks with bottled water in the room and lobby area.
Breakfast is good. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores within the vicinity.
Would definitely stay here again, whether in Nanjing or in other cities.

During our stay at this hotel, we were truly impressed by the thoughtful service and excellent amenities. The location is fantastic—convenient and close to everything we needed. The rooms and facilities were spotless, making our stay incredibly comfortable. One of the unexpected perks was the free self-service laundry, which was a great bonus, especially for longer stays.
What really stood out was the hospitality of the staff. We mentioned how much we enjoyed the local snacks, and to our surprise, they packed some for us as a parting gift when we checked out. It was such a kind and personal touch that made our experience even more special.
Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, convenience, and warm hospitality. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a very comfortable 4D3N stay here. Faye was also very accommodating to our request and will assist us when we requested for her help to arrange courier of our parcels.
The hotel also provides drinking bottled water and light snacks (love the cherry tomatoes) at the hotel lobby.
The room however is a little dusty to my liking. Housekeeping doesn't seems to have mopped or sweep the floor as our feet gets very black and dirty if we walk barefooted. They also don't seem to change new bedsheets everyday but I guess they're being environmentally friendly.
Apart from the cleanliness that can be improved, the rest of the stay was satisfactory.

A cosy hotel in the city . Clean , quiet and cheery staff . Gifted with a welcome coffee . Many restaurants within short walking distance and metro as well. Malls at xinjiekou was also within walking distance .
Easy to get didi transport to scenic spots .
Connected with the front desk via wechat , and they respond to enquiries speedily.
We extended our stay at Yifei.

We are glad to have 2 night stays in Yifei Xinjiekou. The location is very convenient, near zhangfuyuan and Xinjiekou stations. Quite number of restaurants with local foods are nearby within walking distance. Very appreciate the hotel staff for all the assistance, they are very patient and helpful. Thank you for all the excellent services!

Booked triple room and it is spacious for 3 of us. The hotel location is good walking to distance to subway, shopping malls and nearby lotsa eateries! Services was good as well.

We enjoyed the location and the accommodations thoroughly! The breakfast was the best part! The shower water pressure is just right and the amenities were plentiful. The rooms were quiet, but the doors slam loudly! Watch out for the roaming robots in the hallways!
