Rapport qualité-prix : pour 1 207 yuans, vous pouvez séjourner à l'InterContinental Hotel Hangzhou. Si vous ajoutez 200 à 300 yuans supplémentaires, vous pouvez séjourner à l'hôtel Conrad. Pour ce prix, vous pouvez séjourner dans des hôtels cinq étoiles, diamants d'or et diamants de platine dans le Zhejiang, Shanghai et le Fujian. Habituellement, les hôtels cinq étoiles coûtent quelques centaines de yuans, les hôtels en or et diamant coûtent un peu plus de 1 000 yuans et les hôtels en platine et diamant coûtent environ 1 500 à 2 000 yuans. De plus, les prix des hôtels à Hangzhou n’ont pas augmenté le 1er mai. Les prix sont les mêmes que d'habitude. Les chambres et l'environnement sont totalement incomparables. Ils sont à des mondes d’écart. Installations : Pas de rasoir, pas de siège de toilette jetable, pas de baignoire, très petit lit Hygiène : De la poussière partout, j'ai essuyé à nouveau les deux côtés Environnement : Très mauvais, mauvaise isolation phonique, très gênant pendant les vacances (aux alentours). Service : OK Autres : 5.1 La chambre que nous avons réservée était une chambre double pour 1 000 yuans, mais je n'ai probablement pas remarqué lors de la commande que j'avais réservé une chambre king-size, qui coûte 1 207 yuans. Quand je suis arrivé à la chambre, je me suis rendu compte que j'avais réservé la mauvaise chambre. J'ai contacté la réception pour changer de chambre, mais ils m'ont dit que je devais payer la différence de prix si je passais d'une chambre king-size à une chambre twin. Ne devraient-ils pas me rembourser la différence de prix ? J'étais sans voix...

I had a good stay at UrCove by HYATT Nanjing Downtown. The double bed guestroom was comfortable and the hotel provided a pleasant experience overall.

The hotel location was close to Xinjiekou and between 2 Metro stations. Joyce helped us check in and was very helpful during our stay and tried to make our stay as pleasant as can be. She even helped move us to a room with a street view as our original room faced another building. Some improvements can be made by the hotel management: 1. Lobby can be made more attractive. It's outdated and not really welcoming. 2. The food display had barely anything displayed. There was even a plant that needed watering. 3. I found the coffee machine needing some TLC and the water dispenser nearby. 4. The chef can be more pleasant. 5. The space outside the hotel can be cleaned up, the planter boxes are in disarray and even have withered plants. Even the chairs and tables outside can do some TLC. 6. The cleaning lady accidentally took our small pillow even on the first day she properly placed it on the bed after fixing our bed. The good thing is that the bedsheets were still waiting to be picked up, and they were able to recover the pillow. If it were not for the warmth of the rest of the hotel staff, it would be hard to recommend staying here. I hope Hyatt Management does more to take care of the hotel property because your staff can only do so much. We booked this hotel because of the high rating, and we were disappointed, to say the least.
