Deuxième hôtel à se plaindre La bouche d'aération du climatiseur était pleine de poussière. Dès qu'il y avait un grand mouvement dans la chambre, la poussière volait dans le ciel comme des flocons de neige. La réception a fait nettoyer la bouche d'aération et a fourni un purificateur d'air à ions négatifs, mais cela n'a pas suffi à éliminer la poussière visible à l'œil nu. Le pire était que la chambre n'était pas nettoyée correctement, le lit n'était pas fait, il y avait une grande flaque d'eau derrière le lavabo et les sachets de thé n'étaient pas distribués tous les jours. La bonde du lavabo fuyait et n'était pas réparée. Le plus gros problème était que lorsque j'ai réservé une autre chambre pour ma fille, la réception m'a indiqué que le petit-déjeuner n'était pas inclus. Elle a donc commandé des plats à emporter le premier matin et n'a découvert que le deuxième matin que c'était inclus. Au moment de notre départ, nous avons de nouveau soulevé la question du non-service du premier petit-déjeuner, et le serveur de la réception a payé 20 ¥ de sa poche pour dédommager ma fille. Ce n'est pas une question d'argent, c'est une question de principe. Le chauffe-eau instantané de la chambre peut atteindre 37 °C, et on ne peut pas utiliser l'eau du robinet, seulement de l'eau en bouteille, ce qui n'est pas très écologique. L'hôtel est proche de la station de métro Yuhuamen, mais il n'y a pas d'installations annexes ni d'endroit où aller.

Il bénéficie d'un emplacement de choix, d'un calme dans une ville animée et d'un transport pratique, adapté aux voyages. Sanitaire : La chambre est nettoyée très proprement, avec séparation sèche et humide, et les toilettes sont des toilettes automatiques. Service : Le personnel de l'hôtel est très enthousiaste et a pris l'initiative de nous aider à surclasser la chambre gratuitement. La chambre a une grande fenêtre, très propre et lumineuse. Je choisirai de séjourner à nouveau ici lors de ma prochaine visite à Nanjing. La chaîne hôtelière Qingmu Travel se porte très bien. J'avais l'habitude de choisir Hanting, mais Qingmu est meilleur en comparaison !
