Le service de la réception est très attentif et les procédures d'hébergement sont rapides et offrent également des conseils de jeu intimes dans le milieu. La chambre est large et lumineuse, le style de décoration est simple et moderne, les produits de lit sont confortables et doux, la qualité du sommeil est excellente. La santé est inéluctable, la salle de bain est propre et propre et les produits de bain sont complets. Les installations sont bien entretenues et l'expérience est excellente.

This hotel is nothing like the MGM grand brand. It has a comfortable room but the aircon is centrally actived and the room was hot. I had to be moved to another room. It is also not worth the price at all. The in service menu is more expensive and has a very limited range from their restaurant. The food is also not worth the price. The location is poor and their isn't much around. Their service was good and the manager was nice. The indoor pool was hot and very crowded. I would not stay here again.

La chambre a un couvercle, pas bon. Il n'y a pas de remorqueurs de poche dans la chambre de location préalable, ce qui a un risque caché de sécurité facile à tomber et à se tenir sur le torse froid en hiver. Les dents uniques ne sont pas bons à utiliser. Un conseil à l'hôtel : les produits utilisés une fois ne peuvent pas être pris et ajouter de nouveaux produits, tels que lave-handeaux, chaussures, clients peuvent choisir de les utiliser ou de les utiliser, ce qui permet de réduire les coûts d'économie de ressources.

The hotel is okay overall. Its best feature for me was its convenient location near Longmian Metro Station, as I prefer that area. Initially, the room I booked had a bad odor, but after notifying the staff, they promptly moved me to a room with two single beds, which was an improvement. Decent service, but the hotel could improve its room maintenance and make the reception more friendly and welcoming.

房間非常大，衞生間也很大，空間感體驗很好，衞生也不錯，該有的都有，之前一直住隔壁同風格的薈楓，這次因為發現k有投影儀就過來，但我這房間投影儀畫面是偏的，調也沒法調，手機無線投屏很搞笑，在自己房間搜不到本房間的電視（住的2306），但是能搜到隔壁2307的，隔壁住的是同事，然後他在隔壁也搜不到自己的房間的電視 但能搜到我房間的，還總不時的會被別人投屏，一晚上出現了四次，希望管理層能想辦法解決這個問題

IInvitéLe séjour est étonnant pour 3 nuits! Extrêmement propre, chaleureux et bien entretenu. Bien manutentionné, attentif au détail et respectable personnel de garde de la conscience et de la maison. particulièrement Zhang Wei et Han Wen qui nous ont aidés très. Ils ont fait notre séjour sentir en sécurité et en sécurité. Il recommande à tout le monde de venir à Nanjing pour rester ici. Un court 7-10 mins de marche vers la zone principale de xinkiekou. 5 étoiles!

Le sentiment d'hébergement est toujours confortable et simple.
Avant d'entrer, il a eu la chance de se connecter à Shelia en avance à la salle d'administration. L'expérience du bâtiment administratif est bonne. Il y a un petit déjeuner administratif et un bar administratif au soir, avec des points supplémentaires!
La chambre est très confortable, la dureté du lit est bonne, l'espace est encore assez grand (oubliez de prendre des photos), le service du petit déjeuner est également bon.
Recommandez encore une fois 👍

IInvitéI booked Hanyuan because it is within walking distance to my folks home. And my grandma used to work at Nanjing Agricultural University, which the hotel is affiliated with. I read others’ reviews and knew it is an old facility. I did not have unrealistic expectations.
We arrived late at night. Taxi driver dropped us off at the side entrance that has numerous stairs to the door. We had lots of luggage. As we got out of the cab, we saw some staff member in the lobby looking out. Instead of coming out to help us, he walked away. My husband, myself and our seven year old all carried/dragged multiple items up the stairs to get into the hotel lobby.
We checked in and decided that we would need to add a bed for the kid. House keeping came quickly to set up the bed but was reluctant to provide pillows for the additional bed. I had to repeatedly ask before they agreed to bring an extra pillow. Don’t understand why there is such resistance to equip the additional bed with pillow- after all, we did pay for the additional bed.
Everything else was pretty good during our first three-day-stay. We then went away to visit families elsewhere for a week before coming back to this hotel.
This time, our car drove onto the ramp at the front entrance. As soon as we entered the building, lobby manager came to offer us help. He helped us deliver luggage to our room. We are very appreciative of his assistance.
We ran into some issues at the front desk this time. They asked for our passports again and took our pictures for a second time. When I mentioned that we were just here a week ago and all information was taken already, we were told that all information has been erased as we checked out. When we checked in/out the first time, we informed front desk that we were making the hotel our base camp and will be coming in and out a few times. It’s strange that they would delete our information and redo everything all over again.
Again we need to add a bed. House keeping brought a roller bed which has a stained mattress pad. I asked them to bring a clean one, they said they could not. They said they didn’t have any clean pads. They said the only option is to remove the pad and put the sheets directly on the mattress. They further suggested that since the sheet is clean, dirty pad doesn’t matter and that every mattress pad under bed sheets has urine stains. His words made my stomach turn but I was too tired to fight so they went ahead put sheets on top of the mattress pad that has a big yellow stain. Again I asked for pillows for the additional bed, they refused at first, upon my insistence, they agreed to bring pillows. They also took out a blanket from the cabinets under television and put it on the bed.
When the seven year old was ready for bed, I opened the blanket and realized it’s cover is dirty. It’s dusty and has multiple stings of hair on it. I called house keeping, a lady quickly bought over a clean duvet cover for the blanket but refused to take away the dirty one. She insisted that we keep the dirty duvet in the closet. I did not understand her rationale but there isn’t anything I can do. So that dirty duvet cover stayed in the closet.
Maybe I should not have come back to this hotel.

Chambre spacieuse avec salle de bain spacieuse et boissons complimentaires dans la mini-frigo, le sentiment de vacances quand vous entrez dans la chambre est immédiat. L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier de restaurants qui offrent une gamme de repas. Je reste dans cet hôtel une ou deux fois par an et je profite de son séjour à chaque fois.

游泳池恆温26度 ，有點涼，沒敢下水。房間浴缸放水之後漂浮一些灰塵，打消了使用的念頭，這是遺憾之處。

L'attitude de service de la réception de l'hôtel est très bonne. dans l'hôtel. Votre hôtel a contacté mon ”service d'entretien ménager”. Tout d'abord, cet hôtel. Le service d'entretien ménager a la pire attitude que j'ai jamais vue. Si je laisse quelque chose dans un autre hôtel, ils m'appelleront toujours pour me demander quoi faire. faire. PPatrickeblevinsMa femme et moi faisons de notre mieux pour avoir des enfants, mais cela a été très difficile. Nous avions besoin d'un endroit près de l'hôpital et avons décidé d'essayer l'hôtel Qingmu car il était idéalement situé et avait l'air confortable de l'extérieur et avait pour la plupart des critiques positives sur trip.com.
En tant qu'étranger parlant très peu le mandarin, j'étais préoccupé par la communication avec le personnel de l'hôtel. Mais j’ai été agréablement surpris de l’efficacité avec laquelle ils ont résolu ce problème. Nous avons pu discuter avec l'aide de WeChat et de Google Translate. Ils connaissaient également plus d’anglais que je ne le pensais. Bientôt, nous étions très sympathiques et avons trouvé un moyen productif de communiquer mes besoins et d'obtenir la meilleure chambre possible. Ils nous ont également aidé à porter nos sacs de voyage et nous ont fourni de l'eau et une collation. Je me suis senti très heureux et à l'aise avec leurs services et ils ont fait en sorte que cela ressemble plus à une maison qu'à un séjour à l'hôtel.
La chambre était très attrayante et sentait fraîchement nettoyée. Le lit était très confortable et ma femme avait mal au dos mais elle a dit que le lit était parfait pour elle. C'était bien qu'ils puissent conserver nos médicaments dans un réfrigérateur à température contrôlée pendant que nous continuions à travailler vers la conception. Nous avions une vue magnifique sur la ville et la salle de bain contenait des éléments essentiels pour nous rafraîchir entre les séances. La douche avait de l'eau chaude et une tête amovible et pouvait accueillir deux personnes.
Nous avions accès à un four à micro-ondes pour réchauffer notre déjeuner et à une laverie pour répondre à nos besoins de nettoyage de vêtements de voyage.
L'hôtel est situé à proximité du métro et est entouré de nombreux restaurants et autres formes de divertissement. En séjournant ici pendant le Nouvel An chinois, vous pourrez ressentir les festivités tout autour de vous, avec des décorations aux couleurs vives et de la musique.
L'hôtel était également agréablement décoré de fleurs dans nos chambres ainsi que dans le hall.
Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui recherchent un excellent séjour, à un prix encore meilleur, ma femme et moi reviendrons certainement ici. Je joins ci-dessous quelques photos de mon séjour.
