Booked this hotel because my other hotel ghosted me. I was able to check in 10 minutes after booking, and this place was amazing! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very modern. In the bathroom, the toilet had a heated seat, and there was a little mini washer under the sink. The front desk staff were very helpful. And I would highly recommend this place. It's in a good location with lots of food around and is easily accessible via public transportation.

Le stationnement est pratique autour de l'hôtel et l'enregistrement est rapide. La chambre est confortable, le prix est raisonnable, l'environnement est agréable et la chambre est propre. Je suis venu à Lanzhou pour affaires et je vais peut-être y rester trois ou quatre jours. L'attitude du service de l'hôtel est très chaleureuse et enthousiaste, en particulier l'attitude du service du personnel est vraiment excellente, la chambre est également très propre, il est très pratique d'entrer et de sortir, et c'est très confortable dans l'ensemble. L'hôtel est également propre, spacieux et lumineux, et dispose d'installations complètes. Les équipements et le matériel nécessaires sont complets. La chambre est équipée du chauffage au sol, de la climatisation et d'une salle de bain avec eau chaude 24h/24. Il y a une connexion Wi-Fi indépendante, un sèche-cheveux, un cintre, etc. Le prix de la chambre est abordable, le stationnement est gratuit et le séjour est très satisfaisant. L'attitude du service est également très bonne, ce qui me fait me sentir très à l'aise. La prochaine fois que je viendrai à Lanzhou pour affaires, je séjournerai chez vous. J'espère que la qualité de votre établissement restera la même.

C'était ma première fois à Nanjing et j'ai choisi cet hôtel récemment ouvert. L'attitude de service de la dame à la réception était très bonne. Elle a présenté les installations de l'hôtel et a mentionné le matelas dans la chambre. C'est un standard Four Seasons, et le sommeil est en effet très confortable. Il y a un marché de légumes en face de l'hôtel, ainsi qu'un Da Suguo et un magasin de soupe de vermicelles au sang de canard. Le plus important, pour un grand amateur de thé au lait comme moi, c'est qu'il y a en fait quatre boutiques de thé au lait en bas, ce qui me rend très heureux. La station de métro est également pratique et l'hôtel est proche de Yihe Road ! ! ! ! ! ! La route Yihe est vraiment belle et immense, et toutes les agences gouvernementales sont à proximité. Et le frère soldat 😍😍😍 me fait me sentir en sécurité. La prochaine fois, je resterai chez elle.

Parfait
TTheOGJayoAmazing hotel. The owner and staff were very friendly and accommodating! They upgraded us into a larger room as they felt the one we booked would be a bit too small for a family of four. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable (firm beds which we love) and the bathroom was modern.
The location is perfect: very quiet but close to busy areas. The hotel staff even helped us by doing laundry for us multiple times during our stay.
The owner gave us multiple teas to bring home, which were all delicious. Our girls loved the dog in the lobby too.
I would love to stay at this hotel again if I return back to Nanjing. We stayed at hotels in Beijing, Shenyang and Dalian and this hotel was much nicer than all of those hotels!
Note: my wife is Chinese, so that definitely helped with communication, but I feel the staff would have made us feel comfortable even if we only spoke English.

A bit too much noise through the walls in the evening and early morning - I believe this was from doors being shut that need slow closing mechanisms to prevent the slamming. XXavierasyJ'ai réservé une suite pour 2 nuits à la cour de Marriott la nuit avant de venir de Xi'an parce que je voulais visiter Niushoushan, Jinling Xiaocheng, et d'autres sites touristiques à proximité.
La place du Courtyard n'est pas mauvaise, il est juste à côté de la station de métro Hedingqiao, et de nombreux restaurants et magasins de confort sont juste en bas. Le personnel de la réception est sympa et utile et peut parler très bien anglais, sans aucun doute.
Le pire était le concierge. Un des concierges a joué sur son téléphone cellulaire chaque instant. J'ai pris Didi ou le métro au moins 4 ou 5 fois par jour. Chaque fois que je passe par l'entrée, il joue sur son téléphone.
La partie la plus frustrante était quand j'ai commandé le retrait par l'application. Oui, comment peut-il savoir si il était préoccupé par son téléphone ?

服務很棒，前台小姐姐們都很親切，還送了一個平安香囊。房間很乾凈，送了入住小禮物～牛奶和小零食。大堂還有個咖啡廳，買了杯冰拿鐵，挺好喝的。自助早餐中西結合，選擇性很多。自駕過來可以停在賓館的停車場內。來南京玩的話住在這裏也非常便捷，離鐘山風景區很近。以後來南京看孩子就住這裏了！

LLingrushiLa chambre est très caractérisée, la décoration du vent ancienne est très aimable. Les enfants de la petite maison de bois n'ont pas vécu de super frais. Nous avons un petit jardin et nous pouvons encore faire la barbe dans la cour. Le jour est trop chaud sans eau, et attendre le jour est heureux pour vous rejoindre. Le petit train est le plus aimable des enfants. Il faut s'asseoir, traverser les prairies, les forêts, les loups, et dire que c'est comme s'il s'est entrer dans l'animation du palais. La piscine de nuit est également superbe. À proximité, il se sent aussi une culture non-héritage qui voit des fleurs de fer. Les enfants sont très appréciés, c'est un voyage agréable.

LLuan YeeI am not very pleased with my stay at this hotel. While walking along the corridor to my room, I noticed a smell that was musty and the corridor was heavily deodorised.
When I used the toilet for the first time, it choked and I had to call the reception to send the someone to clear the toilet bowl. The manager Ying Yue told me that I must not throw the toilet paper into the toilet bowl but instead throw it into the dust bin that was beside the toilet bowl. I was flabbergasted because throwing the toilet paper into the dust bin would mean that the toilet would smell of faeces and urine. Now I understand why the corridor has a musty smell and why it must be deodorised to cover the smell.
She said that all hotels in Nanjing had this plumbing problem. I asked her why wasn't there a notice in the toilet to tell guests what to do with the toilet paper after using it. She replied that all local guests know they are not supposed to throw the toilet paper into the toilet bowl and it is the local Nanjing toilet culture.
She also mentioned that the toilet paper Atour provided is extra thick and is not soluble, so that's another reason not to throw the toilet paper into the toilet bowl.
However, she was nice enough to accompany me to the convenience store next door and paid for two packets of ordinary tissue paper.
Another issue I had was the supper provided. It said from 9:30 pm to 11 pm. When we went there on the first night of our stay at 9:40 pm, the rice porridge and millet porridge were totally cold and the 3 types of buns were randomly thrown into two steaming baskets, all mixed up and cold. I asked the young staff why wasn't the buns heated. He couldn't answer. The food didn't look enough to last till 11 pm. On the last night, we went for supper again at 9:30 pm sharp. Both the rice and millet porridge were just lukewarm and I asked the two young staff why wasn't the porridge heated. One of them told me that old and young guests do not like hot porridge. This must be the most absurb statement I have heard about porridge. I think Atour should be more siincere about the supper it offers.
Except for the two young staff at the restaurant, all the other reception staff and cleaning ladies were very polite and helpful.

IInvitéOur trip to Nanjing left us with beautiful memories and a very positive impression. Largely attributable to the very pleasant stay at Swisstouches Hotel. We stayed in the suite from end May to early June.
1. Very clean and comfortable suite - About one of the most comfortable rooms I have had stayed in recent memory. Spacious, clean, well - kept, well - maintained. Reasonably priced. Whole place smelled good, no hint of musky odour, no tobacco smell, children had zero issue with allergy. Sound proofing was great.
I do wish the kitchenette is better equipped with microwave oven, utensils and simple crockery. Not that we cook in the room, but I guess it is more convenient to have simple utensils available in the kitchenette.
2. Courteous, attentive and responsive service - Reception was courteous, patient and reliable. Restaurant staff were obliging and prompt (requests were attended to promptly, room cleaning staff were responsible and detailed. (I accidentally left the Do-Not-Disturb sign on, they left a note reminding me about that, and took the initiative to return in the evening to clean up the room - all without any request from me. I thought of just going letting the room cleaning pass for 1 day). Such conscientious work attitude is hard to come by.
3. Food was hygienic and ample - The buffet breakfast was amply stocked and spread was decent. Not an emperor's feast, but way enough to surpass expectations for most people.
4. Location was decent, safe - The hotel is situated in the outskirts of Nanjing city. So you get the tranquil, but you wont have the hustle and bustle. There are convenience stores and eateries well within a stone's throw. Ride hailing taxis are easily available too. But if you are expecting to walk to the tourist spots, you will have to stay in the heart of the city. I personally prefer a location like Swisstouches' .
5. Facilities - I only tried the swimming pool and gym. Very decent. Good enough for exercise and workouts during travel. Gym was well equipped, albeit a little messy. But that's more of gym users rather than the set-up. Swimming pool was well maintained and monitored at all times. Great for lane swimming.
All in all, fantastic stay. Go back again? Big Yes.

Non seulement son emplacement est idéal, à quelques pas des principaux centres commerciaux, mais la chambre offre également une vue imprenable, vous permettant d'admirer la vie nocturne animée de Xinjiekou. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, avec des options chinoises et occidentales, et le goût est excellent. Le personnel est sympathique et accueillant, et l'expérience globale est fantastique !

The hotel is near Dongliu Station, but you need to walk about 3 blocks (15 minutes). The walk is flat, but in July and August it can get very hot, so bring an umbrella. The area is quiet and feels isolated. Although the hotel is not far from Nanjing University Xianlin Campus, there is no direct train, you need to change lines and make an awkward turn. Shared bikes (Hello blue bikes) are convenient in Xianlin, but not around this hotel. A good option is to take the B3 shuttle bus from Sanyang Road, which goes to Nanjing University train station (walking distance to NJU). Around the hotel, you will find small eateries (like chicken and duck rice shops) and a few convenience stores, but no malls.
Cleanliness
The rooms are clean, but there is a smoke smell that stays for about a day. The staff suggested opening the window and using the aircon, but I also bought a reed diffuser from Miniso to make it smell fresher. Bedsheets were changed regularly (every 5 days). The toilet slippers looked dirty, so I did not use them. Also, the hotel does not provide floor towels.
Staff & Service
The staff were very kind and helpful. They upgraded me to a bigger double room with a sofa and work area, and also gave me a cheaper rate since I stayed for 40 nights. Cleaning staff came daily, bringing bottled water and keeping the toilet clean. The night-shift counter staff were also helpful.
Facilities
There is a washing machine that can wash and dry in one cycle. Do not overload it, or clothes won’t dry properly. Since the hotel is not very busy, I could use the machine anytime without queuing. Rooms have a hair dryer and a lighted mirror. The aircon makes a small dripping sound, but it is not a real problem.
Noise
The soundproofing is generally okay, but occasionally you can hear people talking loudly if there are guests next door. It’s not the hotel’s fault—just that people in China often speak very loudly, even inside their rooms or in the corridor. Nothing much you can do about it.
Surroundings & Safety
The area is safe, with big roads and many residential apartments. In the evenings, families with kids and dogs walk around, and I also jogged nearby. Food delivery is easy drivers can bring food to your room or the counter.
Overall
It is a quiet and safe place to stay, with helpful staff and decent facilities. The location is not very convenient for NJU Xianlin Campus, but manageable if you use the shuttle bus.
